Hello everyone, welcome to Biber Bach Open 2025 presented by Wiener Werf Freunde!
We are happy to host the first ever Biber Bach Open in the beautiful Kamptal in Lower Austria. This Turnament will be played as a PDGA C-Tier with two rounds shotgun start on saturday and a golf start for the final round on sunday. In addition, we and the "Freiwillige Feuerwehr Wegscheid am Kamp" create a laid-back environment near the tournament venue, with snacks, drinks, and enjoyable activities planned for Saturday evening.
Parcours:
The tournament will take place on the Pop-Up parcours "Biber Bach" next to the river Kamp in the beautiful "Wegscheid am Kamp". The course will feature 18 unique holes in an MPO and FPO layout, offering a diverse mix of challenges designed to test every aspect of your game. With significant elevation changes throughout, players can expect dramatic vistas and dynamic shot-making opportunities. From precision drives to tricky short-game shots, each hole promises to be both enjoyable and rewarding.

Divisions & Registration:
The Biber Bach Open 2025 is part of the Austrian Tour.
The tournament will be held in the following divisions: MPO / FPO / MJ18 / FJ18.
The number of participants is limited to a maximum of 72 players.
Registration starts at 26th of January, open for everyone that has an active PDGA Membership
The starting fee:
50€ for all Open classes
30€ for the Junior classes
optional 2€ for the Ace Pot (there are some pretty gettable holes). Please pay the fee to our account as soon as you are registered! Registration is only completed after the tournament fee has been paid. The spots are reserved for you for 2 weeks, and the registration time will be considered. Please transfer the entry fee within this period, or you may lose your spot.
Food:
The Freiwillige Feuerwehr Wegscheid am Kamp will be providing meals for us. A vegetarian and a non-vegetarian version of the menu will be available each day. Please let us know your preference during registration on Metrix and pay for it together with your registration fee.
Following meals will be served:
Saturday: Potatoegoulash with bread 8€ / Goulash with breadroll 9,5€
Sunday: Sausages on demand

Refound Policy:
We will refund the tournament fees if:
-We are unable or not permitted to hold this event.
-Participation is canceled no later than 1 week before the event (including March 15, 2025).

- Final round golf start first flight at 8:30 lead card approximately at 12:30

Scoring will be done via PDGA-Live
Parking & Arrival:
Parking sadly is not possible next to the course, the walk to the Pacrours will take you around 10-15min . The Tournament Center is going to be inbetween hole 1 and 18.

There aren’t too many options in our little village, but we recommend the Hotel Wegscheidhof https://www.hotelwegscheidhof.at/ which is within walking distance of the parcours and located next to the general parking area.
We additionally suggest Gasthof Speneder (please consider contacting via Email lukas.speneder@gmail.com) in the village next to Wegscheid am Kamp.
