Outflow at Mosquito Disc Golf Course is owned and operated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh Distrct in cooperation with the Trumbull County Disc Golf Associates. It is located at the tailwaters of the dam and can be access by parking at the Mosquito Picnic Area on Durst Colebrook Road, Cortland Ohio, Trumbull County. This is a challenging 10-hole course including fairways with rolling fields, dense woods, and water hazards. All players must comply with the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Title 36, Rules and Regulations, posted on the bulletin board at the Tailwaters restroom facility, and please be curious to other recreation users in the area.
