Nokia Open 2019
Happy to say that Nokia Open 2019 will be a part of the EuroTour again. Tournament will be hold at beautiful Nokia central park and it will be based to the European Open Beast couse with minor changes. Course will be same as year 2018. Registration will open at May 1st 20:00 +2GMT

- Event date: 06-08 Sep 2019.
- Location: Nokia DiscGolfPark, Hinttalankatu 6, 37100 Nokia, Finland.
- PDGA C-tier event.
- 200 players.
- Divisions: MPO, MP40, MP50, MP60, FPO FP40, MA1, FA1MJ18 and FJ18.
- All players play three 18-hole rounds - one round per day with golf starts.

16:00-18:00 Registration and players package pick up at tournament center. Players package can also be picked up after your first tournament round.
18:00 Players meeting/info at tournament center. Not mandatory. Most important rule to remember is on island hole. Every throw must stay inbounds or rethrow and no penalties. This includes also inside the island.

Course is closed for practise during the tournament play.
From the first tee time till the end of the last hole. After that course is open for all.
Prize seremonies will be hold 15min after the division has finished and results are confirmed.
Nokia Open 2019 Registration Info
A PDGA membership is needed.
Registration will be in 3 phases. 1st one will have rating limits and with division limits. 2 phase have only division limits and 3rd phase is open for all to fill up the field.
All players registered during phase 1 and 2 need to pay their entry fee before last phase opens!
Registration takes place in Disc Golf Metrix and each player must have a Metrix account to register. Make sure your PDGA number is correct. Metrix checks the rating from the PDGA automatically when a player registers for an event.
Entry fee
Entry fee is 100€ in all divisions. Each player will receive a player pack.

Waiting list
Queue numbers don’t take division quotas into account in phase 1. This means that if all divisions are full and a spot becomes available in the MA1 division, the spot is issued to an MA1 division.
After phase 1 the spots are issued in queue number order.
Players on the waiting list should not pay the entry fee.
Wild cards
Wild cards will be issued by the organizer. The wild cards can also be used to grant spots to the waiting list players.
Applying for a wild card:
Register for the event in Disc Golf Metrix and then send your request to the tournament director.
Withdrawals and Refunds
We will refund your tournament fee until 2 weeks for the tournament. After that You may get half of the payment refunded. On a tournament week no refunds are given. Handling fee is 9€ on refunds.
