14.5. - First set of refunds paid

We've paid the first set of refunds of to European players who have filled the survey by Tuesday, May 12th, and opted to have their entry fee refunded. North American players will receive their refund a bit later this week.

Next set of refunds will be paid on Wednesday May 20th.

If you haven't taken the survey yet, we recommend you to take it as soon as you can. Instructions and link to the survey were sent to all European Open participants by email on May 5th.

If you can’t find it in your metrix email inbox you should first check the junkmail folder. Mass emails often end up there. If you find the info email in your junkmail, you should move it from junkmail folder to your inbox and/or remove the junk tag from it. That way further info emails from us should find their way to your inbox. If you can’t find the instructions in your junkmail folder either you should contact us at events@spin18.com.
