Due to a failure in setting up the quotas for international players (non-Finnish), we have to close the registration for a while and fix the divisions and waiting lists.
We will create separate divisions for international players for the first registration stage and move current non-Finnish players into those divisions. This should normalize the quotas and waiting lists for different divisions.
After this restructuring, we can reopen the registration.
