7.6. - FA1 division moved to Pool C / FA1-luokka siirtyy C-lohkoon

Today some more MA1 division waiting list registrants got a spot in the event. This was achieved by moving the FA1 division from pool A to pool C. We also adjusted the division specific quotas to better meet the current demand. The waiting list players who received a spot should have received an email with instructions on how to proceed. The current registered players list is available here.

The following changes were made:

• FA1 division was moved from pool A to pool C & FA1 division quota decreased 22 -> 20.
• MA1 division quota increased 146 -> 168.
• MA40 division quota decreased 140 -> 120.

Wild cards reserved for FA1 division were also removed. Further changes to divisions and/or pools can still be made in order to accommodate more players to the event. For example the pool C division specific quotas will be checked often and adjusted if necessary. Some changes will be inevitable. These will be due to changing PDGA ratings, which will force some players to change their division.

Registration opens again

There’s still space in pool C - especially in MA40 division. The registration opens again on Tuesday 9.6. at 12.00 EEST. Registering for the waiting list of MA1 and MA3 divisions is also possible while the registration is open.

FA1-luokka siirtyy C-lohkoon & luokkakohtaisia kiintiöitä muutettu

European Amateur Openin lohkoja muutettiin tänään. Merkittävin muutos on FA1-luokan siirtyminen C-lohkoon. Tämän myötä A-lohko on nyt pyhitetty MA1-luokalle, johon vapautuikin välittömästi reilu 20 lisäpaikkaa. Paikat jaettiin jonossa olleille pelaajille. Kisapaikan saaneille pelaajille on lähetetty asiasta sähköpostia. Tämän hetkinen pelaajalista on nähtävissä täällä.

Tehdyt muutokset:

• FA1-luokka siirrettiin C-lohkoon ja sen kiintiötä supistettiin 22 -> 20.
• MA1-luokan kiintiötä laajennettiin 146 -> 168.
• MA40-luokan kiintiötä supistettiin 140 -> 120.

Lisäksi FA1-luokalle varatut villit kortit poistettiin. Muutokset lohkoihin ja luokkiin ovat yhä mahdollisia. Joitain muutoksia tulee väkisinkin PDGA-ratingin päivitysten myötä. Näiden takia osa pelaajista joutuu vaihtamaan luokkaa.

Ilmoittautuminen aukeaa jälleen

C-lohkossa on vielä tilaa, etenkin MA40-luokassa. Tämä takia ilmoittautuminen avataan uudelleen tiistaina 9.6. klo 12.00. Myös A ja B-lohkojen jonoon (MA1- & MA3-luokkiin) voi yhä ilmoittautua tämän ansiosta.
