4.6. - June Registration Update / Kesäkuun ilmoittautumispäivitys

Here’s some important information for all registrants, even for those looking for a way to register for the event! Below are instructions for the waiting list players as well. Today we will remove all players who didn’t want to attend the EAO 2020 in August.

All current registrants who have paid the entry fee but haven’t taken the participation survey yet can - and should - still take the survey. From now on all who haven’t taken the survey are considered to participate to attend the EAO 2020 in August. You can find more info about the survey and available options here.

Waiting list gets shorter

Many of you on the waiting list will receive a spot in the event today. You must pay the entry fee by Wednesday 17.6.2020 12.00 EEST in order to keep your spot in the event. Please note that you can’t later choose to use the 2020 event entry fee to preregister for the 2021 event. This option is only available to registrants who had paid the entry fee before 4.6.2020.

Registration to be reopened

We will reopen the registration for the European Amateur Open 2020 This will happen on Tuesday, 9.6.2020, at 12.00 EEST. All new registrants will have one week to pay the entry fee from the time they register.

Wild cards

We will review the need to issue wild cards before we reopen the registration. More info about wild cards to follow later.

Kesäkuun ilmoittautumispäivitys

Tässä on tärkeää tietoa Europan Amateur Open 2020-kisaan ilmoittautuneille, etenkin jonossa oleville pelaajille. Mutta myös pelaajille, jotka eivät ole vielä ilmoittautuneet kisaan, mutta haluaisivat päästä pelaamaan. Tänään poistamme kisasta kaikki pelaajat, jotka ovat ilmoittaneet etteivät halua osallistua kisaan elokuussa 2020.

Suosittelemme kaikkia ennen 4.6.2020 EAO 2020-osallistumismaksun maksaneita täyttämään osallistumiskyselyn. Suurin osa on jo vastannut kyselyyn, mutta joukossa on vielä monia, jotka eivät ole vielä vastanneet. Jos osallistuja ei vastaa kyselyyn, hänen oletetaan osallistuvan kisaan elokuussa 2020. Jono lyhenee

Moni jonossa oleva pelaaja saa paikan kisaan tänään. Näiden pelaajien on maksettava osallistumismaksu keskiviikkoon 17.6.2020 klo 12.00 mennessä. Huom! 4.6.2020 alkaen paikan saaneet eivät voi vaihtaa EAO 2020-osallistumismaksua EAO 2021-paikkaan. Tämä mahdollisuus on tarjolla vain ennen 4.6.2020 paikan saaneille.

Ilmoittautuminen aukeaa uudelleen

Ilmoittautuminen European Amateur Open 2020-kisaan on taas mahdollista alkaen tiistaina 9.6.2020 klo 12.00. Uusien ilmoittautuneiden on maksettava osallistumismaksu viikon kuluessa.
