Spring has finally come!

Spring has finally come! Not really, but what has is registration for the first event in our Spring League series, on Sunday 25 July.

You will notice a few changes for this League series. Firstly, payment for league fees will be via Paypal on the Disc Golf Metrix event page. We will also be using a points based overall leaderboard, and Metrix handicap calculations. Welcome to the 2021 SA Disc Golf Spring League.

 

A big thanks to our sponsors for supporting the league and providing our prizes, make sure you check them out by clicking on the logos above.

 

Due to the popularity of our league days we will be playing across two tee times. You can register directly for either the 8am or 10:30am tee time until they reach capacity of 36 players. You will need to arrive and check in at the course by 8am or 10:30 at the latest depending on your tee time. If you haven't had your name ticked off by then we'll rearrange cards if needed to make sure we don't end up with cards of only 1 or 2 players, so make sure you arrive on time or let us know you are coming.

 

You will be able to edit your registration until it closes at midday on the Saturday before league. If you are no longer able to make the event, please unregister yourself on Metrix as soon as you can.

 

Payment: League day registration fee is $10 per event. Our preferred payment is Paypal via the Disc Golf Metrix event page – when you pay via the payment link on Metrix it will automatically record your payment in our records. Paying by card on Paypal does not require an account. If you are unable to pay via Paypal please get in touch.

 

You are able to come back and pay via Paypal after registering by clicking on the edit registration button and then using the payment system - please make sure you do this before registration closes. As we will incur some fees, if you are no longer able to make the event after paying we can offer full refunds as club store credit.

 

If you are not already, you will need to become an Australiand Disc Golf member to play in our events and be covered by insurance. Becoming a member is completely free, just follow this link and complete the form on the ADG website.

 

More details about the 2021 Spring League structure can be found in the league guide by clicking here. We will be using a Metrix Handicap system for each league day, with scratch scores going toward the points based overall Spring League leaderboard.
