WEDNESDAY, November 10th
- NBDG Doubles #1 & NBDG Doubles #2
- Two fun doubles events run at the same time. Join one or both if you like
- Flexible tee-times between 9:45am and 2:30pm (9:45-14:30)

- Check-in for NBDG-X Fuengirola Open
- You need check-in and pick your player's pack before your first round
- Check-in available at Mijas Pro Shop from 10am to 4pm (10:00-16:00)
- Optional player dinner at Paseo 100 (see detailed info below)
- No scheduled program, just hanging around with disc golfing friends
- Optional dinner begins at 7pm
THURSDAY, November 11th
- Late check-in for NBDG-X Fuengirola Open
- You need check-in and pick your player's pack before your first round
- Check-in available at Mijas Pro Shop from 8:30am to 1pm (8:30-14:00)

- Tee-time starts from 9am to 2:30pm, 10 minutes intervals
- Group meeting 15 minutes before tee-time at Mijas Pro Shop
- Divisonal random groups
- Starting order: MP40, MPO, MJ18, FA3, MA3, MA2, MA40, MA1, FA1

FRIDAY, November 12th
- NBDG-X Fuengirola Open, Round 2
- Tee-time starts from 9am to 2:30pm, 10 minutes intervals
- Group meeting 15 minutes before tee-time at Mijas Pro Shop
- Divisional groups by results, "best in division plays last"
- Starting order: MA2/MA40, MA1, FA1, MP40, MPO, MJ18, FA3, MA3
- Tee-times will be published on Metrix page on Thursday evening
- Remember to double check your tee-time in the evening before and in the morning before your round
SATURDAY, November 13th
- NBDG-X Fuengirola Open, Round 3
- Tee-time starts from 9am to 2:30pm, 10 minutes intervals
- Group meeting 15 minutes before tee-time at Mijas Pro Shop
- Divisional groups by results, "best in division plays last"
- Starting order: MJ18, FA3, MA3, MA2/MA40, MA1, FA1, MP40, MPO

- After party and award ceremony for NBDG-X Fuengirola Open
- Dinner begins at 8pm, award ceremony approx at 8:30pm
Dinners and award ceremony
- Player dinner on Wednesday and Player party + award ceremony on Saturday are optional to join. Of course we hope to see all of you there, join us if possible! Also your traveling companies are welcome!
- Both are held at Paseo 100 (Website | Google Maps)
On Wednesday's Player dinner there are nothing special planned. Just hanging around with fellow disc golfers and maybe eating some delicious food. Paseo 100 offers a special menu for us. You can arrive between 7pm and 8pm (or later if needed).
On Saturday's Player party and award ceremony the main program is of course the award ceremony where winners will get their trophies in front of fellow players. There will also be some raffle among participants. What will be raffled? Well, that is a surprise, but well worth coming. Our private reservation begins at 8pm and award ceremony will be held about 8:30pm. On the food side, there will be a tasty buffet dinner available. Price is 19,90 € and it includes the buffet plus first drink.
NOTICE! We have reserved about 50 places for Wednesday's dinner and have a private reservation for Saturday's dinner for 100 pax. For getting the estimated amount of participants and for making the needed changes to reservations, please answer to the form linked below at latest on Saturday 6th. Please fill in the form even you can't join, then we know that this message has reached all players. If you already did that earlier, no need to do it again.

Practise and warm-up
- Practising before Wednesday
- Course is open for practise among opening hours
- Regular course fee must be paid at Pro Shop
- Practising on Wednesday
- During the doubles event practising is allowed, but doubles players have the priviledge on course
- Regular course fee must be paid at Pro Shop
- Practising and warm-up on competition days
- It is NOT allowed to practise or do warm-up on the layout where competition is going on
- You may take your warm-up on the other layout, without disturbing players on competition layout
Prizes
- Winner of each division will awarded with a beautiful trophy made by LuoDesign
PROFESSIONAL DIVISIONS
- Money prizes, projected payout published on event PDGA site
- Will be paid right after the event via PayPal
- If an amateur player wants to change the money prize to voucher, it is possible. Player must announce this immediately after last round
AMATEUR DIVISIONS
- Voucher prizes to NBDG Store, projected payout published on event PDGA site
- Will be sent to email right after the event
JUNIOR DIVISION
- Voucher prize to NBDG Store for winner
- Will be sent to email right after the event
Some competition rules and notices
- PDGA rules applied
- Duplex scoring (Disc Golf Metrix + paper scorecard)
- Each player is responsible for their own score in both scoring methods
- Scores in Metrix must be signed (ask TD if you can't do it by yourself)
- Whole group must be present when returning scorecard
- Smoking or use of alcohol is not allowed during the PDGA competition rounds
- All withdrawals and cancellations must be announced to TD via email or at Tournament office
