NBDG Easter Open
Natural Born Disc Golfer and Tomoottajat Disc Golf will co-organize NBDG Easter Open event from 19th to 21st of April at Viidentienristeys, Kankaanpää, Finland. This is a traditional easter event that returns to schedules after one year break. Event will be a 3-day and 4-round event with divisions for both pro and amateur players.
Partners of this event are Latitude 64, Ford and Ramirent.

Rules
- Registration in advance via Disc Golf Metrix
- Latest PDGA rules and FDGA's competition rules are valid
- For Finnish players FDGA's competition license is required, for players abroad valid PDGA membership
- Smoking, vaporing and use of any other tobacco products is prohibited near tournament center, during players meeting and during competition rounds from 2 minutes signal to returning of scorecards
- Multiple score keeping is used. Every player will keep score for all of the group members and is responsible for his/hers own scorecard. Metrix will be used for live scoring
- Sudden deaths for 1st place will be played on holes 1, 2, 8, 9 and 21
- Organizer has got 8 wild cards (4 per pool). You may ask for wildcard via email (mike@nbdg.fi). Wild cards will be granted at the earliest on 3th of March.
Divisions, pools and reserved spots
- MPO, FPO, MP40, MA3, FA3
- Pros playing am is valid in MA3 and FA3
- Event will be played in two pools, in groups of 3-5 players
- Maximum 168 players
- POOL A: MP40 (28), MA3 (36), FA3 (16), wild cards (4)
- POOL B: MPO (64), FPO (16), wild cards (4)
- If there will be 105 or less players, the event will be changed to one pool and then there will be changes to schedule. Organizer will contact players for changes via Metrix (email) at the latest one week before event
Registration
PHASE 1 | 28.1.2019 19:00 - 3.2.2019 19:00
- MPO, rating at least 960
- FPO, rating at least 830
- MP40, rating at least 920
- MA3 and FA3 registration is not available. Players registering to queue will be removed before next phase
- Reserved spots for each division
- Registration fee should be paid at the latest 3.2.2019 20:00, within registration is recommended. Organizer may remove unpaid players before next phase without further notice.
PHASE 2 | 4.2.2019 19:00 - 24.2.2019 19:00
- MPO, no rating limits
- FPO, no rating limits
- MP40, no rating limits
- MA3, rating at most 899
- FA3, rating at most 774
- Reserved spots for each division
- Registration fee should be paid at the latest 24.2.2019 20:00, within registration is recommended. Organizer may remove unpaid players before next phase without further notice.
PHASE 3 | 25.2.2019
- Reserved spots will be released inside pools
- Available spots will be filled from the queue in registration order (time stamp), inside the pool
- Players granted a spot in this phase must pay their registration fee before 28.2.2019 19:00. Organizer may remove unpaid players after deadline without further notice. Organizer will send a email via Metrix for those players who grant a place.
PHASE 4 | 25.2.2019 08:45 - 14.04.2019 klo 23:59
- Registration will be re-opened if there are spots left
- Schedule for phase 4 registration will informed later
- Organizer will decide in which divisions the available spots are for
- Wild cards will be granted and those players will be added to event
- Players granted a spot in this phase must pay their registration fee within three days. Organizer may remove unpaid players after deadline without further notice.

- MPO, FPO and MP40 70,00 €
- MA3 and FA3 35,00 €
- Registration fee must be paid in NBDG webshop (LINK)
- Choose right product (PRO/AM) depending on your division
- Deadlines for registration fees are mentioned in every registration phase
- NOTICE! Do not pay the fee if you are in the queue. Take care of fee after you have granted a spot
Calncellations
- Always make cancellation via email or phone to contact person. Do not remove yourself from the players list on your own, TD will do it after your contact
- Returning fees will be applied as in PDGA competition guide 1.03
Prizes

- Payout 70% (TOP20%)
- Amateur player may choose voucher prizes
MA3, FA3
- Voucher prizes for TOP 1-5 (depending on players in division)
- With full filled spots prizes will be:
MA3 | 1. 70 € | 2. 50 € | 3. 40 € | 4. 35 € | 5. 35 €
FA3 | 1. 50 € | 2. 40 € | 3. 25 € - Amateur divisions will have own CTP side-event on every round, merchandise prizes
- Payout in amateur divisions will be around 50%, including taxes and obligatory costs
Natural Born Disc Golfer (Alarauta Oy) will collect needed information for every prize winner. Taxes will be taken caren of.
NBDG Ace It
- NBDG Ace it will be available in this event. It is an ace challenge side-event
- Voluntary
- Fee is 1,00 €/round or 10,00 €/season pass for 2019
- You may pay with cash to the TD for 4-rounds challenge or buy the season pass from NBDG webshop (LINK)
- If you have paid NBDG Ace It and you throw a hole-in-one during competition round, you will be rewarded with a 50,00 € voucher to NBDG webshop
- You may win only one voucher per round, but one from every round
