17th edition of legendary tournament in Prague is getting closer. Park Ladronka remains THE spot. This year again our gates are wide open to the foreign guests plus we will have three registration phases to ensure that top Czech players can get into the tournament even if they miss the first two minutes of registration, like it happened last year.

You can expect pretty much the same layout as last year only with slight edits to the rules on few holes. The tournament is supported by Latitude 64° so you can start looking forward to some beautiful discs in the players package and nice prizes for the winners.

12:00 – Course ready for practice
15:00 – 18:00 – pre-registration (players package pick-up)

Saturday 19. 10.

7:30 – Registration (players packages pickup )
8:30 – Players meeting
9:00 – First round
12:30 – Lunch break
14:15 – Scorecards ready for pick-up
14:30 – Round 2

Sunday 20. 10.

9:30 – Scoreacards ready for pick-up
10:00 – Round 3
14:00 – Award ceremony

The schedule is tentative and the organisers reserve the right to change it.

ENTRY FEE

You will have two options. Players package containing a custom CZO disc from Latitude 64°. The second option is a cheaper entry fee without the disc.

1) PLAYER PACKAGE ENTRY FEE

Contains:

• Disc from L64 with CZO custom stamp
• some small presents from Latitude 64°
• Czech Open sticker
• Small refreshments before 1st and 3rd round

Price: 600 CZK / 24 EUR

2) NON-PACKAGE ENTRY FEE

Contains:

• some small presents from Latitude 64°
• Czech Open sticker
• Small refreshments before 1st and 3rd round

Price: 400 CZK / 16 EUR

WILD CARDS

Tournament organizers have 10 wild cards to distribute. They will be assigned no later then one week before the tournament (Friday, October 11).

Wild card requests will be accepted only by writing an email to czechopen@ultimo.cz

REGISTRATION

Registration for the tournament will take place at the www.discgolfmetrix.com website. If you have not used this page before, create a new account  and then click on the button below or search for “Czech Open 2019” directly at the DGmetrix website. 

TIP: Create an account on Discgolfmetrix in advance so you don’t have to waste your time with that when the registration starts. Every second can matter 

At DGmetrix you will be able to select the registration type and also to pre-reserve Saturday’s lunch. 

REGISTRATION PHASES

Our goal is to have easy access for foreign guests and at the same time we want to see the top Czech players and of course enough women and juniors. That’s why the registration will be divided into the following phases and under these criteria:

1st registration phase will start on 12. 9. at 20:00. It will be open for:

• All players with PDGA rating 930 and higher
• All foreign players, no matter the rating
• Up to 10 women, no matter the rating or nationality *
• Up to 10 juniors, no matter the rating or nationality *

2nd registration phase will start on 19. 9. at 20:00. It will be open for:

• All players with PDGA rating 890 and higher
• All foreign players, no matter the rating
• Up to 10 women, no matter the rating or nationality *
• Up to 10 juniors, no matter the rating or nationality *

* 10 spots is for both phases together – i.e. if there will be 8 women registered in the first phase, only two spots are left in the second phase

3rd registration phase will start on 26. 9. at 20:00. It will be open for EVERYBODY.

The registration will be closed on 15. 10. at 23:59.

If you are registered for the tournament (even if you are on a waiting list), but in the end you cannot arrive, please sign out immediately at the registration site (Discgolfmetrix.com) or let us know by email: czechopen@ultimo.cz. Thanks!

REGISTER FOR CZECH OPEN 2019

By submitting the registration on DiscGolfMetrix, you give us consent to the acquisition and subsequent use of photos and audio/video recordings of your person or persons entrusted to you.

PAYMENT

Pay the entry fee at the appropriate amount.

The entry fee needs to be paid until October 10.

• If you don’t pay the fee within this deadline, you will be replaced by the player from the waiting list. No compromise.
• If you get into the tournament just few dates before this deadline, pay the fee immidiately and email us the payment confirmation.
• If you get into the tournament after this deadline, we will sort out the payment with you individually. 

PLEASE, DO NOT PAY THE FEE IF YOU ARE ONLY ON THE WAITING LIST. It won’t help you anyhow and we will transferring money back and forth.

Note: Do not pay for the Saturday’s lunch now. You will pay for it cash at the restaurant.
