We are back! It’s time to have some fun, friendly disc golf competition this Saturday the 13th June. It has been disappointing to miss some weeks of league days but now with restrictions easing we can adjust the way we play slightly and manage risks involved with the virus.

We are going to continue on from where we left off with round 3 of the annual league which is due to be at Weston Park.

We are going to avoid having big gatherings with a get in, play, get out mentality. To implement this, we are going to have pre-registration via disc golf metrix and a deadline of 6pm Friday 12th to sign up. We will create the groups that night and have them ready for you to check before you come out to the course. Your allocation will be emailed to you and posted on Facebook. We ask you to head straight to your designated hole and warm up there and tee off with your card mates at 10am. We will spread experienced players around all cards to help any newcomers enjoy their round.

ADG has come up with some participant guidelines that are attached. Everyone should make themselves familiar with these.

We won’t be doing any CTP to avoid touching shared equipment but will continue running the ace pot which is collected via metrix when you sign up.
You are also required to be an ADG member which is free and can be done here: http://www.australiandiscgolf.com/join/

You must not attend if:
- you have a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19
- you have been in contact with a known or suspected case of COVID-19 in the last 14 days
- you have been told to self-isolate by a medical authority
- you are unwell or had any flu-like symptoms in the last 14 days.

We won’t be bringing the shop to the course but if you would like to purchase some discs head to the online store and your discs can be brought to the course. www.actdiscgolfclub.com/shop

League is free for the first time so don’t be scared to sign up and join the fun. You can get some hot tips from experienced players and it is all handicap based so you will do well as you improve. Winners on the day will get a $15 club voucher emailed to them to spend in the online store.

It is $10 for non members and $5 for members. If you're keen to become a member head to the online shop for more details.

There is a lot to take in but if we work together we can hopefully get back to normal soon. Hit us up with any questions.
