Welcome to Minett Open 0.1 - The first ever PDGA sanctioned tournament in Luxembourg!
Where: Parc Um Belval
Date: October 30th, 2021
Time: 9am players meeting
Format: 2 rounds of 18 holes (2x9) with a 30-60 minute break - will be announced later.
There will most likely be a small modification for the tournament as 2 of the holes collide. One regular hole will be taken out and a temporary will be added - more information on this later.
There will be a very small selection of snacks and sodas/water available for purchase.
CTP-prize on hole X for both rounds (each player has 4 attempts) - Will be updated
In case of tie for 1st place in any division there will be a sudden death playoff starting from hole 1 until there is a winner.
Players with current PDGA membership get their rating updated (also if entering PDGA before the end of the year)
The tournament is a sanctioned event, meaning we are playing by PDGA rules, this also means that consumption of alcohol after the 2 minutes signal before each round is strictly prohibited.
Everyone gets a players pack valued at at least 10EUR

Price: 10EUR. Women and juniors FREE
Divisions:
MPO - Open to all - merch prizes*
MA1 - Open to all amateurs - merchandize prizes (recommended for all Male players, who might be in doubt which division to sign up for)
FPO - Open to all female players - Cash Prizes*
FA1 - open to all Female Amateurs - Merchandize prizes. (recommended for all female players who might be in doubt which division to sign up for)
F/MJ18 - Open to all 18 and below players (also for those who turn 10 this year) - Merch prizes
*We are also giving out Merch prizes for PRO divisions. All players will receive player packs worth more than the entry free,
Disc Golf Park ‘Um Belval’ is located in Park ‘Um Belval’ and is on the territory of the commune of Sanem.
Parking possibilities are in the Belval neighbourhood as well as on the paid parking lot by the school (We are looking into getting access to the parking lot at the school for the event).
Note: Send players out to watch for discs, especially on hole 1 (“The Lake”)
