    HQ Location: 
    Royal Park, BBQ area next to Tennis courts

    Entry Fee:
    We're asking participants to chip in $5 each to cover the running costs of the day. There will be a follow up email with info on how to pay that.

    Schedule:
    12.30pm Sign in-registration
    1.00pm players meeting
    1.30pm first round tee off
    3.00pm snack break
    3.30pm round 2 tee off
    5.00pm awards/wrap up/pack up
    (Things may run faster or slower depending on the speed of play/weather)

    Event format:
    Mixed (gender) doubles. Alternate shot. Alternating tee-shots. Groups of 3x pairs. Shotgun start. 2x rounds of 9 holes.

    Snack Break:
    BYO snacks. Some fruit and hydration will be provided.

    Access:
    Parking along Flemington Rd. There is also easy access via Train and Tram check PTV for details.


    This is going to be a fun, casual competition. However, there are certain rules and regulations that must be adhered to for the safety and respect of other players, park users and the park itself. There will be a short player’s meeting to go over the most important of these, but we ask that you check out the links below for more information if you are not already familiar with it. Even if you have, we encourage you to review them.
