Mijas Spring Opener 2023 jatkuu kolmipäiväisen pääkilpailun jälkeen yhden kierroksen kilpailulla Mijaksen punaisella radalla 6.3.2023. Kilpailussa on käytössä flex-lähtö 12.30-16.30, 12 minuutin väliajoilla eli kilpailuun mahtuu 84 osallistujaa. Osallistumismaksu kaikissa luokissa 20€.

Luokat

• Pelattavat luokat: MPO, MA2, MA4, FPO, MP40, MP50, FA40
  • Jos luokassa on alle kolme kilpailijaa rekisteröitymisen päättyessä, luokkia yhdistetään. Muutokseen liittyville pelaajille ilmoitetaan ja poistettavan luokan pelaajilla on oikeus peruuttaa osallistumisensa saaden täyden kilpailumaksun palautuksen. 
  • Jos sinulla ei ole PDGA-ratingia, tulee sinun ilmoittautua Metrix-ratingin mukaiseen sarjaan. Tarkastamme pelaajien Metrix-ratingit viikkoa ennen kisaa.

Rekisteröityminen

• Rekisteröityminen aukeaa 27.2.2023 klo 12:00 UTC+3
• Ilmoittautuessa valitse sopiva lähtöaika (valitse sopiva ryhmä)
• Kilpailuun otetaan mukaan 84 pelaajaa
• Pros playing am on käytössä
• Kisassa ei tarvitse PDGA:n lisenssiä, mutta tällöin pelaaja maksaa 10€ PDGA:n käsittelykulut ennen kisaa paikan päällä
• Jälki-ilmoittautuminen rekisteröitymisen sulkeuduttua sähköpostilla osoitteeseen discooterosk@gmail.com

Tulosten kirjanpito

• Kilpailussa käytetään kaksinkertaista tulosten kirjanpitoa (Metrix + PDGA live scorecard). Ryhmä päättää arpomalla tuloskorttien pitäjät. PDGA-live scorecardin access code annetaan kilpailua edeltävänä päivänä.
• Kierroksen jälkeen tuloskortit on tarkistettava. Tarkistuksen jälkeen PDGA live scorecard lähetetään Submitilla eteenpäin kirjaajan toimesta. Metrixin tuloskortti tulee allekirjoittaa jokaisen ryhmän pelaajan toimesta viimeistään 30 minuuttia kierroksen päätyttyä tai allekirjoittamaton pelaaja saa rangaistuksena kaksi heittoa.

Maksut ja peruutukset

• Kilpailun osallistumismaksu on kaikissa luokissa 20 €
• Maksu tarkistetaan kisapaikalla ilmoittautuessa paikanpäällä
• Maksun viestiin pelaajan ja kilpailun nimi. Maksun voi suorittaa:

  • Käteisellä paikanpäällä
• Ratamaksu maksetaan erikseen pro shopilla:

Palkinnot

• Kilpailun payout PRO-luokissa 60 %

• Kilpailun AM-luokissa lahjakortti- ja tavarapalkinnot
• Jokaisen luokan top 20 % palkitaan
• Kilpailussa on myös CTP ja longest putt kilpailuja

Mijas Spring Opener 2023 continues after the main event with a one round competion on the Mijas Red layout on March 6th. The flex-starts occur between 12.30-16.30 local time with 12 minute intervals which means that maximum player count is 84. The participation fee is 20 euros. Pros playing Am is in use.

Divisions

• Divisions: MPO, MA2, MA4, FPO, MP40, MP50, FA40
  • If there are less than three competitors in a class at the end of registration, the classes will be combined. The players involved in the change will be notified and the players in the class to be deleted have the right to cancel their participation and receive a full refund of the competition fee.
  • If you do not have a PDGA rating, you must register for a series according to the Metrix rating. We check the players' Metrix ratings a week before the competition.

• Competition does not require PDGA license, but in this case player need to pay 10 € PDGA fee.
• Post-registration is done via email to discooterosk@gmail.com

• PDGA rules and competition guide are in use

Score Keeping

• The competition uses doublescore keeping (Metrix + PDGA live scorecard). The group decides the score keepers. The access code for the PDGA-live scorecard will be given the day before the competition.
• After the round, the scorecards must be checked. After the check, the PDGA live scorecard is forwarded by the registrar using Submit. The Metrix result card must be signed by each player in the group no later than 30 minutes after the end of the round, or the unsigned player will be penalized with two throws.

Payment

• Participation fee is €20 in all divisions
• The payment will be checked at the registration before the round
• Write players name and competition name in to payment message. Payment can be done with following ways:

Prizes

• Pro division payout 60 %
  • Pro divisions have payouts as cash. Change to gift card or merchandise is available.
• AM divisions will have gift card and merchandise prizes
• Top 20 % of every division will be awarded
• The competition also features CTP and longest putt competitions
