- Golf start in random order by class with minor exceptions (feature cards).
Saturday 9.9.2023 | 2nd tournament day

- Groups and tee times will be published on Friday 8.9.2023 when all scores are in. Check your start time the previous evening and the competition day morning.

- MPO, 20 groups, 09:00-13:45
- FPO, 5 groups, 14:00-15:00

- Groups and tee times will be published on Saturday 9.9.2023 when all scores are in. Check your start time the previous evening and the competition day morning.
The organizer and producer reserve the right to schedule changes.
Competition Information
Divisions and player quotas
- Maximum amount of players is 120 (114+6 wildcards).
- MPO - 100 spots
- FPO - 20 spots
- Wildcards: Prodigy Disc Europe has 3 wildcards, organizer 3 wildcards.
- If the class quota is not filled, places will be filled at the start of the 4th phase in other classes at the discretion of the organizer in the order of registration.
Rules
- Current PDGA rules ja Prodigy Disc Pro Tour rules are followed in the competition.
- Anti-doping principles are followed at the Pro Tour.
- Registration requirements:
- Current PDGA membership.
- PDGA Certified Official license is also required for all players
- The use of tobacco products by event staff, players, and by extension their caddies, is prohibited from the two-minute warning until their scorecard is turned in.
- Players must follow all current Health Department regulations and restrictions .
- In case of tie for first place in any division must be broken by sudden-death play in holes 18, 16 and 17 until the winner has been found.
Scoring
- Double electronic scores are kept in tournament (Metrix and UDisc), and both are official scores.
- All players are responsible for keeping score for the whole group. One player keeps scores in Metrix and another keeps scores and statistics in UDisc. Third and fourth keeps scores in paper or other named method.
- All players must sign their scores in both UDisc and Metrix.
- The entire group must report at the tournament office after their rounds. Official checks that every player has signed their scores.

- Kippasuo Championship 2023 -layout is played in the tournament (Course map and caddie book will be published in Metrix news section closer to the tournament start)

Warm-up
- Warm-up areas:
- Practice baskets and driving net are located in the Tournament Center
- Kippasuo AM course holes 3-7, course map is located here
- Football field (natural grass) next to the Heinola Ice Rink
- The course is closed for practice during the tournament play and at all other times designated by the Tournament Director. (from the start of first group until the last group has finished their round).
Parking
- Players primary parking at the course parking space (Address: Kippasuonväylä 30, Heinola)
- Spectators parking at the racetrack (Address: Mustanportinkatu 19, Heinola)
Services
- Kippis kiosk serves players and spectators during the whole event. There will be different kind of snacks, drinks, ice cream, chocolate bars etc.

Registration
- Registration in four phases.
- Spots are allocated in order of registration.
- Competitors who have not paid the entry fee by the given deadline may be removed from the tournament without any notice.
- Empty spots will be filled from the waiting list of each class.
- Competitors moved from the waiting list to the tournament have two days to pay registration fee.
- Registration ends at 28.8.2023 at 18:00 hrs.
- Open spots of each class are filled in order of registration for other classes at the start of the fourth registration phase.

1st phase | 31.7.2023 18:00 – 7.8.2023 17:00
- Reserved spots for the Tour leaders (MPO top15 & FPO top5)
- Rating limits
- MPO, rating at least 990
- FPO, rating at least 870

- After phase deadline payments are checked and players who have not made the payment will be removed from the registration list
- Spots are allocated in order of registration and confirmed by the organizer with payment monitoring
2nd phase | 7.8.2023 18:00 – 14.8.2023 17:00
- Rating limits
- MPO, rating at least 975
- FPO, rating at least 850
- The registration fee must be paid during the phase, payment information below
- After phase deadline payments are checked and players who have not made the payment will be removed from the registration list
- Spots are allocated in order of registration and confirmed by the organizer with payment monitoring
3rd phase | 14.8.2023 18:00 – 21.8.2023 17:00
- Rating limits
- MPO, rating at least 960
- FPO, no rating limit
- The registration fee must be paid during the phase, payment information below
- Do not pay the registration fee if you are on the waitlist. Pay it within two days (of notification) if you get a spot in the tournament
- After phase deadline payments are checked and players who have not made the payment will be removed from the registration list
- Spots are allocated in order of registration and confirmed by the organizer with payment monitoring
4th phase | 21.8.2023 klo 18:00 – 28.8.2023 klo 17:00
- No rating limits
- Registration fee must be paid immediately upon registration, payments are checked daily and unpaid will be taken away from registration list in 2 days upon registration
- Do not pay the registration fee if you are on the waitlist. Pay it within two days (of notification) if you get a spot in the tournament
- Spots are allocated in order of registration and confirmed by the organizer with payment monitoring
Division specific free quotas will be released before the start of the fourth phase.
Registration fee and cancellations
- Registration fee in every class is 100,00 €.
- The registration fee must be paid upon registration.
- Do not pay the registration fee if you are on the waiting list.
- Pay it within two days if you get a spot in the tournament.
Payment information
- Registration fee has to paid at organizers web shop, link to registration fee here
Cancellations and refunds
- Send an e-mail to the Tournament Director if you want to cancel your participation
- Do not remove yourself from the competition
- The registration fee will be refunded in accordance with PDGA rules (competition guide 1.03), provided that the cancellation has been notified in the appropriate manner.
- A handling fee of 5€ will be deducted from the refund.
Prizes
- Cash prizes in all classes, according to the PDGA TOP25% directive.
- Commemorative prizes are awarded to the three best in each class as soon as the results are ready. Prizes will be provided by the tour organizer.
- Cash prizes can´t be exchanged for a product or gift card prize. If the amateur player refuses the cash prize, the prize and subsequent prizes will be offered to the next places.
Cash prize pools
Each player's participation fee (€100) will be shared:
- Tournament's class-specific prize pool 65,00 €/competitor.
- Tour's class-specific prize pool 15,00 €/ competitor.
- The club organizing each individual Tournament 20,00 €/ competitor.
Added cash

The Tour main organizer, Prodigy Disc Europe, will bring at least €1,500 additional money to the tournament's prize pool.

- Name
- Birth date
- Address
- Bank account number (IBAN)
- Prizes will be paid for the players who have submitted payment information on Tuesday 12th of September. After that once a week.
- As part of its legal obligation, the organizer reports the details of the individual winner of a cash, gift card or product prize worth more than 100 euros with prize values to the income register. For the purpose of notification, the prize recipient's name, social security number, e-mail address and prize value are collected from the prize winners.
