Welcome to Nordic female Open 2023 arranged at Sandnes disc golf park in Sandnes, Norway.
This is the first of many years we are arranging this yearly tournament for all women and girls, regardless of disc golf experience and level.
Join us for a weekend full of fun and friendly competition with national and international players. You get to play a course built to challenge the best of the best, which is still fun to play no matter what level you are at.
What to expect?
We want to create a course where women and girls can challenge the holes, how they are meant to be played.
We will play 2 rounds of 20 holes, with a final (9 holes) on day 2 for FPO, FP40 and FP50.
First place FPO guaranteed 3000 NOK in payout.
Date: Sunday 28th of May - Monday 29th of May
Places: 80 (maximum 4 people in each group)
Registration fee: 400 NOK (Junior 250 NOK)
Includes: Food both days, social activities after round 1 and players package
Tier: C-tier
PDGA: This is a PDGA sanctioned event, but you don't have to be a member of the PDGA to participate. You have to be a member of a disc golf club to participate in the tournament.
Registration will be in two phases,In the first phase there will be reserved a certain number of places in each division.
Phase 1 opens 18:00 (GMT +1) Wednesday 15th of March (with waiting list)
Phase 2 opens 18:00 (GMT +1) Sunday 26th of March

11-16: Player registration. You can either choose to do this in person at Aceshop, or you can send our TD a message at Facebook. There will also be an opportunity to register at the beach right beside Aceshop from 16-18
Sunday
09:15: Players meeting (physical)
09:45: Round 1
13:00: Lunch
14-16: Social arrangement!!
18:00: Social gathering with the locals at the beach right beside Aceshop! Bring your own barbeque, and whatever you might want! We will provide music and a superb atmosphere!
Monday
09:00: Round 2
12:00: Lunch
13:15: Finals, 9 holes (For FPO and FP40)
15:30: Award ceremony
