Mijas Spring Opener 2024 on festareiden suurin kisa. Kilpailu pelataan Mijasin sinisellä ja punaisella radalla 29.2.-2.3.2024. Kisat ovat PDGA:n alaiset B-tierin kisat. Pro Playing Am käytössä!

  • Jos luokassa on alle kolme kilpailijaa rekisteröitymisen päättyessä, luokkia yhdistetään. Muutokseen liittyville pelaajille ilmoitetaan ja poistettavan luokan pelaajilla on oikeus peruuttaa osallistumisensa saaden täyden kilpailumaksun palautuksen. 
  • Jos sinulla ei ole PDGA-ratingia, tulee sinun ilmoittautua Metrix-ratingin mukaiseen sarjaan. Tarkastamme pelaajien Metrix-ratingit viikkoa ennen kisaa.

Rekisteröityminen

• Kilpailuun otetaan mukaan 144 pelaajaa
  • Molempiin lohkoihin 72 pelaajaa. Rekisteröidy suoraan lohkoon.

Säännöt

• Kilpaillaan kolme kierrosta
• Noudatetaan PDGA sääntöjä ja kilpailuopasta
• Tasatilanteessa luokan voittaja selvitetään Sudden death -ratkaisupelillä väylältä 1. alkaen

Tulosten kirjanpito

• Kilpailussa käytetään kaksinkertaista tulosten kirjanpitoa (Metrix + PDGA live scorecard). Ryhmä päättää arpomalla tuloskorttien pitäjät. PDGA-live scorecardin access code annetaan kilpailua edeltävänä päivänä.
• Kierroksen jälkeen tuloskortit on tarkistettava. Tarkistuksen jälkeen PDGA live scorecard lähetetään Submitilla eteenpäin kirjaajan toimesta. Metrixin tuloskortti tulee allekirjoittaa jokaisen ryhmän pelaajan toimesta viimeistään 30 minuuttia kierroksen päätyttyä tai allekirjoittamaton pelaaja saa rangaistuksena kaksi heittoa.

 

Maksut ja peruutukset

• Kilpailun osallistumismaksu on kaikissa luokissa 65 €
  • Maksut tarkastetaan 22.1.2024 ja 29.1.2024. Maksamattomat poistetaan tarkastuspäivinä klo 23. Varmista paikkasi kilpailussa maksamalla heti ilmoittautumisen jälkeen!
• Maksun viestiin pelaajan ja kilpailun nimi. Maksun voi suorittaa:

• Ratamaksu maksetaan erikseen pro shopille:

Peruutukset

• Osallistumismaksusta vähennetään palauttaessa 5 € käsittelykulu
• Osallistumismaksun palautuksissa noudatetaan Kilpailuohjeen kohtaa 1.03 

 

Palkinnot

• Kilpailun payout molemmissa luokissa 60 %
  • Pro-luokissa rahapalkinnot, voi vaihtaa lahjakorttiin
  • AM-luokissa lahjakortti- ja tavarapalkinnot
• Jokaisen luokan top 20 % palkitaan

Erityisohjeet

Jos joku heittueen jäsenistä ei ole paikalla kierroksen alkaessa, muu heittue aloittaa kierroksensa normaalisti ilman puuttuvaa pelaajaa. Myöhässä tuleva pelaaja voi vielä osallistua kisaan, mutta jokaisestä väylästä jolle pelaaja ei ehdi, tuloskorttiin merkitään väylän par-tulos +4 PDGA:n ohjeiden mukaisesti.

Turnausjärjestäjät seuraavat PDGA:n ja Espanjan hallituksen ohjeistuksia Covid-19 tilanteesta. Jos kilpailu joudutaan perumaan, osallistumismaksu palautetaan kilpailijalle täysimääräisesti. Kilpailijoita ei ole vakuutettu järjestäjän puolesta, vaan kaikki osallistuvat kilpailuun omalla vastuulla.

 

Mijas Spring Opener 2024

Mijas Spring Opener Warm Up 2024 is biggest competition of the festival. The competition will be played on the blue layout of Mijas course on 29.2.-2.3.2024 This is a PDGA B-tier competition. Pros playing AM is applied.

Preliminary divisions

• Divisions:  MPO, MP40, MP50, FPO, FP40, MA2, MA4
  • If there are less than three competitors in a class at the end of registration, the classes will be combined. The players involved in the change will be notified and the players in the class to be deleted have the right to cancel their participation and receive a full refund of the competition fee.
  • If you do not have a PDGA rating, you must register for a series according to the Metrix rating. We check the players' Metrix ratings a week before the competition.

Rules

• Three round competition
• PDGA rules and competition guide are in use
• In a tie situation on first place, we will have sudden death decision starting from first hole

Recording results

• The competition uses double accounting of results (Metrix + PDGA live scorecard). The group decides the holders of the scorecards. The access code for the PDGA-live scorecard will be given the day before the competition.
• After the round, the scorecards must be checked. After the check, the PDGA live scorecard is forwarded by the registrar using Submit. The Metrix result card must be signed by each player in the group no later than 30 minutes after the end of the round, or the unsigned player will be penalized with two throws.

 

Payments and cancellations

• The participation fee for the competition is 65 € in all divisions
  • Payments will be checked on 22.1.2024 and 29.1.2024. Unpaid players will be removed from the competition at 11 pm on checking days. Secure your spot in the competition by paying competition fee right away after your registration!
• Write players name and competition name in to payment message. Payment can be done with following ways:

Cancellations

• Please notify us about cancellation via email to discooterosk@gmail.com if you already paid the competition and are cancelling.
• Processing fee of 5 € is deducted from participation fee.
• Competition guidelines part 1.03 is applied.

 

Prizes

• Payout 60 %
  • Pro divisions have payouts as cash. Change to gift card or merchandise is possible.
  • AM divisions will have gift card and merchandise prizes
• Top 20 % of every division will be awarded
• The competition also features CTP and longest putt competitions

Special instuctions

If one of the cast members is not present at the start of the round, the rest of the cast starts the round normally without the missing player. A player arriving late can still participate in the race, but for every fairway that the player does not make it to, the scorecard includes the fairway's par result +4 according to PDGA instructions.

The tournament organizers are following the instructions of the PDGA and the Spanish government regarding the ongoing Covid-19. If the competition has to be cancelled, the participation fee will be returned to the competitor in full. Competitors are not insured on behalf of the organizer, but everyone participates in the competition at their own risk.
