NBDG One Round Mijas - RED

NBDG One Round Mijas is (as the name says) one round PDGA C-tier event. Event is open for everyone and no PDGA membership is required (extra fee for non-members). This event will played on the Mijas Red course. 

This one round event is a side event for the famous Fuengirola Open presented by Fuzzy Eagle, check details HERE.

Registration and fees

Registration

  • Registration and tee-time booking should be done in advance via Disc Golf Metrix 
  • You must choose your preliminary tee-time when registering
  • IMPORTANT NOTICE! Tee-times may change a little bit after registration is closed. This is a PDGA event and each group must have at least three players. Due to these circumstances tournament director may have to merge groups and change some of the tee-times. All changed tee-times will be delayed to next possible tee-time. Check your tee-time before the event!

Walk-in registration

  • Walk-in registration is possible if there are spots available. Entry fee payments only in cash on site

Entry fee

  • Entry fee in all divisions is 15,00 €
  • Entry fee must be paid when registering
    • PayPal payment module will appear when you are registering
    • Make the payment through the module and everything is okay
  • Unpaid players may be removed from the event without further notice

Non-PDGA members

  • Based on PDGA rules, there is a extra fee of 10 € for non-PDGA members. This fee will be collected in cash on site, before your round

Course fees

  • DiscGolfPark Mijas is a pay-to-play course
  • All players are responsible for their own course fees. Acceptable methods:
    • Daily fee paid to the Proshop
    • Weekly pass 
    • Season pass

Withdrawals and refunds

  • Make the withdrawal by email to events@nbdg.fi
  • Entry fee is refunded if:
  • A) Withdrawal is done by email at the latest 7 days before the event
  • B) Withdrawal is done by email 2-7 days before the event and spot can be filled 
  • 5 € processing fee can be reduced from the refund (PDGA competition manual 1.03)

Rules

  • PDGA C-tier sanctioned event
  • PDGA rules and competition manual applied
  • No sudden deaths will be played due to the playing format

Score keeping

  • All players must keep score for all players in the group
  • Scoring platforms
    • One player keeps scores in Disc Golf Metrix
    • Other players keep scores in PDGA Digital Scoring
    • Paper scorecards available if needed
  • PDGA Digital Scoring is the official scoring platform
  • Each player is responsible for their own scorecard and the scorecard must be signed/verified

All divisions

  • Mijas Proshop credit
  • 7 € from each entry fee goes to divisional prize pool
  • Prize share TOP10%
