Invitation to the Disc Golf Tournament at Enzesfeld Golf Course!
Dear Disc Golf Friends,
We warmly invite you to our PDGA C-Tier event at the beautiful Enzesfeld Golf Course! The tournament will take place on November 16 and 17.
Course information:
Location: Enzesfeld Golf Course
The GC Enzesfeld is a renowned 18-hole golf course. The disc golf course will utilize the front 9 of the ball golf course. We've created a varied layout, featuring both open and narrow fairways. Some holes will be played along, across, or near the golf fairway, with others taking place in the forest. Despite the terrain, there will still be opportunities for rollers on the well-maintained golf fairways. We expect to include some shorter technical holes as well as longer Par 4s and even a Par 5.
Following the "GC Enzesfeld WarmUp" test tournament, we’ve gained insights and will further improve the course. You can already get an impression of the terrain on the GC Enzesfeld website (https://www.gcenzesfeld.at/) and the caddy book from the WarmUp (available under "Handbook": https://discgolfmetrix.com/3067144&view=registration).
Registration:
Registration takes place as usual on Discgolfmetrix. To reward players who supported us by playing the WarmUp, they will receive a guaranteed wildcard during the first week of registration. After that, reserved wildcards will be distributed based on registration time, with a maximum of 10 remaining. These last 10 wildcards will be assigned at the organizer's discretion.
Format:
- 3 rounds, shotgun start
- Scoring via PDGA code: GCE2024 (https://www.pdga.com/apps/tournament/score/login)
Entry Fees:
- €58 for all divisions
- Optional: €2 Acepot

The entry fee includes:
- Green fee for the golf course from Friday noon until Sunday
- Course equipment funding
- drinking water and small snacks on the course on Saturday and Sunday
- Various side events: Closest to the Pin, Longest Putt,...
- PDGA fees
- A non-playing tournament director to ensure the best possible experience
E-Cart:
For training, an E-Cart (golf cart) for 2 people is available to rent: €22 per day for up to 2 rounds. (Unfortunately, E-Carts are not allowed during the tournament due to PDGA rules.)
Before and possibly after the rounds, we will try to provide a shuttle to the more distant holes using a VW bus.

Friday, November 15:
- 12:00 to 17:00: Practice
- 15:00 to 17:00: Registration
Saturday, November 16:
- 07:45 to 08:15: Registration
- 09:00: Start of Round 1
- from 11:30: Lunch break - food available at the clubhouse
- around 13:00: Start of Round 2
- After Round 2: Secret side event
Sunday, November 17:
- 10:00: Start of Round 3
- Afterwards: Awards ceremony
Flight Groupings:
- Round 1: Mixed
- Round 2: Mixed based on score
- Round 3: By division and score
Saturday Catering:
- Pre-ordered menu:
- Daily soup and sliced turkey: €16
- Daily soup and vegan meal: €16
- Soup only: €5
The golf restaurant will be open as usual, offering drinks and a small selection of dishes.

- Public transport: Easiest by train to Leobersdorf station, then take a taxi or we may offer a shuttle (contact: office@discgolf4you.com)
- Plenty of parking is available at the golf course.

What to expect: The entire course needs to be set up on Friday morning and taken down on Sunday evening. Most transportation will be done using E-Carts.

Media Rights:
Photo, film, and sound recordings will be made at the event, and by attending, you consent to their use. The organizer is not responsible for recordings made and distributed by accredited or external photographers (such as those representing the press).
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- If registration is canceled by October 19, 2024: Full refund minus a €5 processing fee
- If canceled by November 1, 2024: 50% refund
- After November 2, 2024: No refund available
Cancellation of the Event:
The organizer reserves the right to cancel the event up to 7 days prior without giving reasons. In such cases, entry fees and pre-ordered meals will be refunded.
