About Silesia Open 2025

Silesia Open is a tournament with a short but prestigious history. It has made its mark on the Polish disc golf map as one of the most spectacular events, hosting the status of the official Polish Disc Golf Championships in 2024. The tournament takes place in the picturesque town of Strzelce Opolskie in the heart of the Opole region, a voivodeship that is the smallest but most mysterious place on the map of the country, famous for, among other things, old, historic German parks.

Players can expect a challenging course with a layout length exceeding 3000m and a PAR of 67. Water throws, 300m+ holes, uphill, downhill, forest and open sections. All of this gives players the perfect balance and makes this a place tailored for Disc Golf at the highest level.

Registration Phases

Registration will be conducted in 2 phases to ensure participation by the best players in the region. Each subsequent phase will have progressively lower rating and event requirements. The phases are separated by date and have detailed requirements as shown in the table above.

The tournament organizer reserves the right to distribute 10 wild cards. B-Tier tournament requires an active PDGA number. The rating on the day of registration counts.

Waiting List

Below is the current list of people waiting as of 01.01.2025. Players from the Waitlist have a chance to jump onto the main list if players on the main list do not pay the entry fee or withdraw from the tournament.

A person on the main list who does not pay the entry fee by the date indicated for a given stage is placed at the end of the waiting list.

The list will be updated regularly. We ask that people on the waiting list do not make payments.

After successfully registering for the tournament, each participant is required to pay the participation fee by a specific date given in the list below. In the event of failure to record payment, the player will be removed from the list of participants.
