Tervetuloa **Meikku Spring Open 2025** -kisaan **15.3.2025**!
Kilpailu on kahden kierroksen PDGA C-tier -tason kilpailu. Osallistuminen vaatii SFL:n kilpailulisenssin suomalaisilta kilpailijoilta ja PDGA:n jäsenyyden ulkomaisilta pelaajilta.
Pelataan kaksi kierrosta muokattua Meilahden rataa.
**Kirjanpito**
Moninkertainen kirjanpito, pääkirjaus on Metrix, ja jokainen allekirjoittaa tuloksensa kierroksen jälkeen Metrixissä. Kirjaustavat Metrix, PDGA live scoring ja halutessasi paperilappu (mikäli olet valinnut paperilapun kirjaustavaksi rekisteröityessäsi kilpailuun).
Mahdolliset paperiset tuloskortit palautetaan yhtenä ryhmänä. Epäselvissä tilanteissa pelatkaa useammalla tavalla ja tulkaa kierroksen jälkeen yhtenä ryhmänä selvittämään epäselvä tilanne TD:n kanssa tai soittakaa TD:lle.
**Muita ohjeita**
Mikäli keskeytät kisan, tulee siitä ilmoittaa TD:lle.
Mikäli luokkaan tulee kolme kisaajaa tai alle, TD saattaa siirtää kisaajat seuraavaan soveltuvaan luokkaan.
Tupakointi kierroksen aikana kielletty. Kielto alkaa 2 minuuttia ennen kierroksen alkua ja kestää tuloskorttien palauttamiseen saakka.
**Aikataulu**
Ilmoittautuminen 8.15-8.30 **valkoisen Kian** luona urheilutalon sisäänkäynnin lähellä olevien jumppatelineiden vieressä.
Lyhyt pelaajakokous 8.30
1. kierros 9.00
2. kierros aikaisintaan 12.30 mutta vähintään 1h viimeisestä ryhmästä.
Mahdollisesta pelaajakokouksesta ennen toista kierrosta ilmoitetaan uutisissa.
Tasatilanteessa voitosta pidetään sudden death -kilpailu alkaen kiinteillä numeroinnilla 15. ja 16. Mikäli ratkaisua ei synny, pelataan väylät uudelleen.
**Palkinnot**
Osallistumismaksusta 2€/pelaaja menee liitolle ja tämä summa ei tule Payouttiin mukaan. Payouttiin osallistumismaksusta lasketaan 23€, josta payout on Pro-luokissa 50%. Palkitaan top 20 %. PRO-luokissa vain rahapalkinnot. Rahapalkintoa ei ole mahdollista vaihtaa lahjakorttiin.
**Amatööriluokkien palkitsemisrakenne:**

1. Yksi pelaaja: palkintoa ei vaadita.
2. 2-4 pelaajaa: vain 1. sija palkitaan.
3. 5-12 pelaajaa: 1. ja 2. sija palkitaan.
4. 13+ pelaajaa: 1.-3. sija palkitaan.
**Pysäköinti**
Rajoittamaton parkkis löytyy Zaidankatu 9. Urheilukeskusken parkki on vain 3h ja on muistettava laittaa rekisterinumero kahvion tablettiin. Radan 2 tiin takana olevan Meilahdentien varressa voi parkkeerata myös ilman rajoitusta viikonloppuisin. Huomioikaa, että allergiasairaalan parkkipaikka on maksullinen.
Julkisilla pääsee mukavasti radan viereen.
**Kahvila**
Kahvio aukeaa n. 8.00. Kahvila palvelee vain maksavia asiakkaita, ja siellä asioidessa jättäkää laukut ulkopuolelle tai sisälle oven viereen.
**Ajantasainen info**
Info-sivulta löytyy kisan perustiedot, UUTISET ovat ajantasaiseen viestimiseen, ja siellä julkaisemme niin radan kuin kierrosten ryhmät ja toisen kierroksen aikataulun.
Narut kiekoissa sallittu, mikäli Meilahdessa on lunta.
**Kisamaksu**
Rekisteröityessäsi kilpailuun maksa kisaosanottosi 13.3 mennessä tai mikäli ilmoittaudut viimeisenä päivänä, kun rekisteröityminen on auki, laita kuitti kisamaksusta kisan TD:lle heti rekisteröitymisen jälkeen. Maksamattomat poistetaan ilman erillistä ilmoitusta 13.3. klo.12.00.

Welcome to Meikku Spring Open 2025!
The competition consists of two rounds and is a PDGA C-tier level event. Participation requires an SFL competition license for Finnish competitors and PDGA membership for foreign players.
We will play two rounds on the modified Meilahti course.
**Recordkeeping**
Multiple record-keeping, the main entry is in Metrix, and everyone will sign their scores after each round in Metrix. Record-keeping methods: Metrix, PDGA live scoring, and optionally a paper slip (if you chose the paper slip method when registering for the competition).
Any paper scorecards must be returned as a group. In unclear situations, play multiple ways and come to resolve the unclear situation as a group with the TD after the round, or call the TD.
**Additional instructions**
If you withdraw from the competition during it, you must inform the TD.
If there are three or fewer competitors in a class, the TD may move the competitors to the next suitable class.
Smoking is prohibited during the round. The ban starts 2 minutes before the round begins and lasts until the scorecards are returned.
**Schedule**
Registration 8:15-8:30 by the white Kia near the entrance to the sports hall, by the gym apparatus.
Brief players meeting at 8:30
Round 1 at 9:00
Round 2 no earlier than 12:30, but at least 1 hour after the last group.
Any potential players meeting before Round 2 will be announced in the news.
In case of a tie for the win, a sudden death playoff will be held starting from holes 15 and 16 with fixed numbering. If no winner, the holes will be replayed as long as the winner is cleared.
**Prizes**
2€/player from the participation fee goes to the federation and this amount is not included in the Payout. 23€ from the participation fee is calculated for the Payout, from which the payout in Pro classes is 50%. The top 20% will be awarded. Only cash prizes in the PRO classes. Cash prizes cannot be exchanged for gift cards.
**Amateur division prize structure:**

1. One player: no prize required.
2. 2-4 players: only 1st place awarded.
3. 5-12 players: 1st and 2nd places awarded.
4. 13+ players: 1st through 3rd places awarded.
**Parking**
Unlimited parking is available at Zaidankatu 9. The parking at the Sports Center is limited to 3 hours, and you must remember to enter your license plate number on the tablet at the sports center café. Parking is also allowed without restriction on weekends along Meilahdentie behind hole 2 tee. Please note that the Allergy Hospital parking lot is chargeable.
Public transport is conveniently available next to the course.
**Café**
The café opens around 8:00. The café only serves paying customers, and when visiting, leave your bags outside or inside by the door.
**Up-to-date information**
The INFO tab contains the basic information about the competition, NEWS tab will be for real-time communication, and there we will publish both the groups for the course and the schedule for the second round.
Strings on discs are allowed if there is snow in Meilahti.
**Competition fee**
When registering for the competition, pay your competition fee by 13th March or if you register on the last day when the registration is open, send a receipt of the competition fee to the TD immediately after payment. Unpaid registrations will be removed without a notice on 13th March at 12:00.
