    Parking

    • Parking in the Sibbe Disc Golf area is subject to a fee, but the parking fee is included in the entry fee
    • Remember to announce your car's license plate number on site
    • Failure to announce the vehicle license plate number may result in a parking ticket

    Registration

    • Registration must be done in advance via Disc Golf Metrix 
    • During the registration, you must choose your preliminary tee-time and group
    • Please note that there may be minor changes to the preliminary tee-times in order to form groups of 3–5 players in accordance with PDGA rules
    • The organizer will make changes and group combinations if necessary after registration closes. All changes will be made by postponing the start to the first possible time. Check your tee-time before the competition!

    Entry fee

    • Entry fee for all divisions is 26,00 €
    • Entry fee includes VAT, Finnish Disc Golf Association's processing fee 2,00 € and course fee 5,00 €
    • Entry fee must be paid immediately after registration
    • The organizer has the right to remove unpaid players from the competition without further notice

    NBDG's online store

    NBDG's online store accepts all the most common online banking and card payment methods as well as several mobile payment methods, such as MobilePay, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

    NBDG's sports benefit store (only customers from Finland)

    Take advantage of your sports benefits by paying the entry fee in the NBDG's sports benefit store easily with Epassi, Smartum or Edenred sports benefits. Please note that with a personal sports benefit you can only pay the entry fee for yourself. In the sports benefit store, an online store service fee (1,50 € per order) is added to all orders.

    Withdrawals and refunds

    • Please always notify us of your withdrawal by email to events@nbdg.fi
    • Don't remove yourself from the competition
    • The entry fee will be refunded in the following cases:
      A) Withdrawal is done by email at the latest 7 days before the event
      B) Withdrawal is done by email 2–7 days before the event and spot can be filled from the waitlist or any other way immediately
    • 5,00 € handling fee will be deducted from the refund in accordance with PDGA rules (1.03)
    • Entry fees paid with sports benefits are not refundable

    Rules

    • PDGA C-tier sanctioned event
    • Latest PDGA rules, competition manual and Finnish Disc Golf Association's competition guidelines are valid
    • Participation requires a Finnish Disc Golf Association's competition license (2025) for Finnish players and a valid PDGA membership for foreign players
    • Due to flex starts, no sudden deaths will be played (all ties and possible prizes will be shared)
    • The organizer has reserved eight (8) wild card spots

    Smoking

    • Smoking, vaping and use of any other tobacco products is prohibited at the tournament office and all time during the competition round

    Score keeping

    • Each player must keep score for all the players in their group
    • One player in the group keeps score in the Metrix and the others in the PDGA Digital Scorecard
    • Metrix and PDGA Digital Scorecard must match with each other
    • Each player is responsible for their own scores on the scoring platform
    • If a player does not return (electronic) scorecard within 30 minutes of their group finishing the round, the player will be assessed two penalty throws
    • How to return your electronic scorecard:
      • If you keep score in the Metrix, sign your own score after the round = returned score card
      • If you keep score in the PDGA Digital Scorecard, confirm the group results after the round and return your own scorecard = returned score card

    Prizes

    All divisions

    • Voucher prizes to Powergrip
    • Payout 30 % from entry fees
    • VAT, Finnish Disc Golf Association's processing fee and course fee is deducted before calculating the payout
    • TOP20% will be awarded
    • The final payout will be published in the Metrix news
    • Voucher prizes will be sent directly to the email addresses provided during registration 1–2 days after the competition

    Finnish Disc Golf Association's guidelines with maximum voucher prizes will be followed:

    • MA1/FA1 >> 5 x entry fee
    • MA2/FA2 >> 4 x entry fee
    • MA3/FA2 >> 3 x entry fee
    • MA4/FA4 >> 2 x entry fee

    The portion exceeding the maximum amount will be distributed to the following prize places.

    Questions and answers

    Where can I find my tee-time? Or my friend's tee-time?

    • Tee-times are shown in the players list. Tee-times can also be found in the upper part of this page "Show groups: Click here".

    I am registered to the event with a specific tee-time. My plans changed and I want to change my tee-time. Is it possible?

    • It might be possible. If registration is still open and there are open tee-times, you can make changes to your registration and choose another tee-time. If registration is already closed or your spot is confirmed, you have to contact us by email to events@nbdg.fi and ask for a change. If there are available spots, the change can be done.

    I am coming to play with two friends of mine. Can we play in the same group?

    • Yes, it is possible. You need to pick a group with enough free spots, make registrations to that group and confirm your spots by making the payment. Notice: There might be minor changes within the groups, if we need to merge some groups.

    I am gonna be late from my tee-time. What should I do?

    • Don't be late. This is a PDGA event with tee-times and your round starts at a given time. After tee-times are confirmed, no changes can be done due to being late. Anyway, if you are going to be late, contact us and try to hurry up. You will get par + 4 from every hole you miss.

    My friend is not a PDGA member. Can he play the round with me?

    • No. This is a PDGA event and PDGA membership is required. Friend may follow you through the competition round or be your caddy, but is not allowed to play in the event. 

    Event is full, can I join the waitlist?

    • In this event you will choose a preliminary tee-time while registering. This method means that when the event is fully booked, there will be no tee-times available and registration is not possible. With this method, there is no waitlist function in Metrix. If the event is full, all you can do is follow the event and watch for open spots. First one to pick gets the spot.

    Can I do walk-in registration on site?

    • If there are spots available in the event and there are free spots in the following groups, on-site registration is possible on a walk-in basis. To avoid queuing and unnecessary waiting, we highly suggest you register and pay in advance.
