- Neljapäeviti algusega kell 18:30
- Osalutasu 7€ (sisaldab 1€ HIO fondi). Vanuses kuni 18 aastat (k.a) osalustasu 4€ (sisaldab 1€ HIO fondi). Tasumine kohapeal enne võistluse algust sularahas orienteeruvalt kellavahemikus 18:15 - 18:50 Või ülekandega arvelduskontole. Saaja: Keila Discgolf MTÜ. Konto: EE947700771010320533. Selgitus: kuupäev nädalamäng (osaleja nimi, kui maksja ei ole ise võistleja)
- HIO (Hole-in-one) maksatakse välja koheselt peale võistlust, kus keegi on HIO visanud. Maksimaalne summa 500 eurot, mille täitumisel hakatakse koguma uut fondi. HIO ei kasva samal mängul, seega ei kogune osalejate arvu võrra summa suuremaks, vaid jääb kehtima eelneva etapi kogu summa.
- Autastustamine: Autasustatakse iga divisjoni parimaid kinkekaartidega, vastavalt divisjoni osalejate arvule. Osalejaid divisjonis arvuga 1-10 - saab auhinna 1. koht, arvuga 1-20 saab auhinnad 1-2 koht, osalejaid 21 või enam saab auhinna esikolmik. Auhinnaks Thule Discgolf kinkekaardid. Kinkekaardid saadetakse emaili teel 1 nädala jooksul osaleja e-mailile ehk osaleja ei pea jääma kohapeale ootama. Korraldaja otsusel, kas 1. Viigilise tulemuse korral mängime esimesel rajal CTP 1. raja korvini, kus OB ja kohustuslik rajapunkt MANDO ei kehti. VÕI 2. Hindame, kellel on puhtam/bougey vaba mäng. Bougey'de olemasolul arvestus käib: PAR3 rajal tulemus 4 = 1 bougey, tulemus 5 = 2 bougey jne.
- Loosid/loosimängud: Peale võistlust toimuvad toetajate Vitamin Well, Põhjala ja Apollo loosid/loosimängud. Auhinnad antakse üle kohapeal, seega peab osaleja ka kohapeal võitmiseks viibima. Juhul, kui osalejat kohapeal ei viibi, antakse auhind üle järgmisele võitjale.
NB: Kontrolli enne ringi algust, millises puulis oled ja mitmendalt tiilt alustad! Korraldajal on õigus puule grupina liigutada teisele alguserajale või kui puulis on kuni 2 mängijat, siis ka mängijaid eraldi gruppidesse.
