Plan for the day Sunday 22nd April
on arrival please drive straight up to the top of the hill directed by event parking signs.
8.30 Volunteers moving 3 baskets (unless done on sunday night)
9.30 onwards the Alpine Lounge is open serving delicious breakfasts (bottom of the hill)
10.40 Players meeting in the Hub (top of the hill)
11.00 Round 1 - 18 holes red course
13.30 Lunch BYO packed lunch as want a quick turn around.
2.15 Round 2 - 18 holes red course
5.30pm Prizes at MrFrisbee disc golf shop (bottom of the hill)
If you are coming to take part or help out at the public day on saturday. please drive straight up to the top as directed by the signs. Please arrive with all you need as there will be 700 people also using the track that day with a one way system in place! Head to event registration and make yourself known as BDGA player for sunday (they will hopefully direct you to me or sam, if you can't see us!) Once the public have left at 5ish we can put up tents, have a campfire. etc. Will probably order in a takeaway curry or go get fish and chips. Camping will be free. Dorm tents are available however we'd prefer if you bought your own - less cleaning etc to do on sunday! Showers should be available although some early season problems have been effecting the estates team setup and they maybe unavailable. There are showers at the ski centre 9-6pm
