About event 2020-03-05 - 2020-03-07

Event is played over three days thu 5 thru sat 7 in early march 2020 and We offer PRO and AM classes, see details below.

Thursday, Friday & Saturday: one round per day, enjoy the good environment, watch good disc golf and hang out with new friends. You get chance to do some sightseeing too! We will meet again at the event dinner and awards ceremony on saturday evening.

Registration:

Log in or create metrix account to register to event. At first stage there are only 60 open spots for grabs. Reason is that in parallell to registration, the popular road to mijas 2020 roadshow is ongoing in Norway, Denmarkn, Finland and in Sweden. This means that some players will recieve a wildcard almost for free!

Raffels, raffels and raffels

All classes have same fee to cover saction, greenfee for 3 days and event management as well as a players pack. Since there is a cash payout in PRO divisions, their pack is somewhat smaller.

Cancellations and refund

Official withdrawals must be made to ake.wallbacks@gmail.com. NO other method is treated as an official withdrawal. Player who fails to officially withdraw receives NO refund.

Waitlist players who do not get into the event will receive a 100% cash refund.
Entries cannot be exchanged/transferred to anyone else.
Player pack will not be received if you are not physically able to check in.
Players cannot pick up player packs for anyone else.
Players packs will not be given to anyone who withdraws. Cancellation before October 1st will receive a full cash refund minus a 10€ processing fee.

Cancellations October - December

Will receive a full cash refund minus a 10€ processing fee ONLY if your spot is filled from the waitlist. If the spot is not filled, you have a 50% cash refund.

Cancellations January

Will receive a full cash refund minus a 10€ processing fee ONLY if your spot is filled from the waitlist. If the spot is not filled, you have a 25% cash refund.

Cancellations after January

Will receive a full cash refund minus a 10 € processing fee ONLY if your spot is filled from the waitlist. If the spot is not filled, no refund.
