Update course map / Double scoring / Players fee

- Minor changes to the course layout were made. Please review the course map:

- We'll be using Metrix for scoring the rounds. However, someone in every group is supposed to keep scores in a different way. Use your favorite scoring app. You can find the Neuchâtel Open Layout on UDisc.

- If possible, use TWINT to pay the CHF 10.00 players fee. The number is 079 550 29 01, please state your name. If you prefere to pay cash, please make sure you have the exact amont ready.
