Info for the first day

• There’s no player meeting. All info for the round will be given by starter 10 min before your tee time. 

• ALL PLAYERS MUST BE ON THE #1 TEE 10MINS BEFORE THEIR TEE TIME

• The official channel of information of European Amateur Open 2023 is the Disc Golf Metrix page of the event (https://discgolfmetrix.com/2444971) and the player emails sent from Metrix. Please check your junk mail folder for Metrix emails and check the Metrix news every now and then – just in case.

• PDGA’s Official Rules of Disc Golf are followed in the European Amateur Open.

• Use of all kinds of tobacco products is prohibited during tournament rounds. Smoking is prohibited starting from when a player enters the 1st tee area 10 minutes prior to his tee time until he returns his/her scorecard.

• In case of an unclear situation during the round, play provisional throw and contact Course TD immediately after the round. 

• First Aid Station takes place at the scoring station of each courses

• In case of emergency, contact 112 by phone

• If you DNF the in the middle of the round, remember to inform the course TD before you leave the course. 

• If you DNF between rounds, remember to inform TD of the tournament asap, at latest 30 mins before your starting time

• Please note, that a player's package will be given after your first round

• Tournament uses two methods of scoring: PDGA Score and Metrix, both are online scoring methods. (Paper scorecards are also available)

  • Both must be used and filled so that they match after the round 

  • Starter guides you to use PDGA Score

  • Group as a whole must come and return scorecards after their round
