Out of Step Orchard is a small private fruit farm on about 2 acres of land, The couse itself is contained to within about 1.5 acres and consists of and three targets and nine tee pads to allow for three different tee course layouts (green, red, and white) which gives a whole new avenue of approach to each basket and allowing for 9 holes of play. Each tee layout is around 800 feet but configured with slightly advancing degrees of difficulty from tee set to tee set. Green Tee layout is the easiest, being three par 3's, easy drives going to long straight wide open approaches allowing for easy upshot and putt out.
