Out of Step Orchard is a small private fruit farm on about 2 acres of land, The couse itself is contained to within about 1.5 acres and consists of three targets and nine tee locations in three different tee colour layouts (green, red, and white) which gives a whole new avenue of approach to each basket and allowing for a total o 9 holes of play. Each tee layout is around 800 feet. However each color is configured with a slightly advancing degree of difficulty from tee set to tee set. The White tee set, while not the longest, is the most difficult configuration. All three tee's pads start with a somewhat challenging drive and goes to a fairway with hard dog legs. There are multiple large trees and brush along the drive and fairway to knock down or eat up and disc thrown off the fairway line.
