Zīdūņs - DGP Malnova
Welcome to the “Zīdūņs” Active Recreation Park – a place where tranquility meets movement!
Here you will find the 18-basket “Zīdūņs” disc golf course, located in a scenic woodland that was originally designed as a park in the 1930s. At that time, the local manor owner instructed that as many diverse tree species as possible be planted, along with the creation of a pond and a canal that divides the park into two parts.
The park still holds traces of history — numerous wartime trenches remain, and a local legend tells of a German tank that once sank in the pond.
The course is suitable for both amateur players and experienced disc golfers seeking a dynamic round in nature.
This is a public, free-to-play course. Invite your friends and head out on the fairways — Zīdūņs is the perfect place to relax, compete, and enjoy the fresh Latgalian air.
