- NOTICE! Limited parking space. Use carpools if possible
Schedule
- 07:30 - 21:30 | Tournament office open
- 08:00 - 19:00 | Tee-time starts to competition round
Register at the tournament office at the latest 10 minutes before your tee-time.
Organizer may change tee-times and groups to fill PDGA requirements (3-5 players per group). Organizer will send emaill via Metrix concerning all changes.
Registration and entry fees
Registration
- Pre-registration via Metrix
- Check the registration schedule from "Registration" page
Entry fees
- Pro and amateur divisons 15,00 € + 5,00 € course fee
- No entry or course fee in junior divisions
- Entry fee must be paid immediately after registration
- Unpaid players will be removed without any notice
- PayPal payment module will appear while registering. You can get to it from "Edit registration" button
Walk-in registration
- Walk-in registration is possible if there are spots available
- When walking-in, you will added to next available group
- Entry fee must paid in cash, exact amount
- Organizer can not guarantee spots for walk-in registrations
Withdrawals
- If you have to withdrawn, contact competition manager via email (mike@nbdg.fi)
- Do not remove yourself from the event, let competition manager do it
- Refunds among PDGA competition manual. There will be no refund if the withdrawn is not done as told above
Competition rules
- PDGA C-tier sanctioned one round event with tee-time starts
- Latest PDGA rules and competition manual are valid
- Finnish players must have a current FDGA competition licence, foreign players a current PDGA membership
- Smoking, vaporing and use of any tobacco products is prohibited at the tournament center, and during competition rounds from 2 minutes signal to returning of scorecards
- Duplex score keeping for each group (one paper score card and live scoring to Metrix).
- Due the competition format, there will be no sudden-death plays for tied positions
- Organizer may add wild card players to the event before registration opens
Prizes
MPO, FPO, MP40, FP40
- Money prizes, amateur player may change money prize to voucher prize
- Payout 33%
- TOP20% will be paid among PDGA shares
- Money prizes will be paid via PayPal at the latest on Wednesday following Tyyni main event
MA1, FA1, MA2, FA2, MA3, FA3
- Voucher prizes
- Payout 33%
- TOP20% will be awarded among PDGA shares
- Vouchers will be sent on the following day, if needed information has been sent
MJ18, FJ18, MJ15, FJ15
- No prizes
- Junior players will get a players package disc as in NBDG Junior Program (Read more)
General information
- Event organizer will collect needed information (contact info, birth date) from every prize winner. If player refuses to give needed information, prize can't be paid
- Withholding tax 15% will be reduced for foreign players' prizes before payment
Questions and answers
Where can I find my tee-time? Or my friend's tee-time?
- Tee-times are shown in the players list. Tee-times can also be found in the upper part of this page (Show groups: Click here).
I am registered to the event with a specific tee-time. My plans changed and I want to change my tee-time. Is it possible?
- It can be possible. If registration is still open, you can make changes to your registration and choose another tee-time. If registration is already closed, you have to contact competition manager (mike@nbdg.fi) and ask for change. If there are available spots, the change can be done.
I am coming to play with two friends of mine. Can we play in the same group?
- Yes, it is possible. You need to pick a group with enough free spots and make registrations to that group. Notice: There might be minor changes within the groups, if tournament director needs to merge some groups.
Oh no, I am gonna be late from my tee-time. What should I do?
- Don't be late. This is a PDGA event with tee-times and your round starts at given time. After tee-times are confirmed, no changes can be done due being late. Anyway, if you are going to be late, take contact to course TD and try to hurry up. You will get par+4 from every whole you miss.
My friend is not a PDGA member. Can he play the round with me?
- No. This is a PDGA event and PDGA membership is required. He may follow you through the competition round or be your caddy, but he is not allowed to play in the event.
I have played one round already. Can I play another one?
- No, you can't. This is a PDGA event and you have done your competition round. There is an another One Round event going on at another course. You should check if there is room for you.
I won a voucher/money prize. How can I get it?
- There will be instructions in the Metrix news section on the following day. Follow the given instructions and send information needed.
I can't find read information I am looking for. What to do?
- Read this page again, from top to bottom. If you still can't find the information and event haven't begun yet, contact Tyyni Competition Manager via email (mike@nbdg.fi). If the event has begun, you might call to course TD (contact information above)
