We are glad to announce that Discmania has officially decided to sponsor the tournament this year. We are really glad to have them on board and look forward to live up to their standards. With that being said, it's finally time to announce the minimum pro purse this year. 

Last year was a good year for Reykjavik Open. Our price pool was the biggest one yet. In the end the total pro purse across all pro divisions came in at just over $8.000. This year we had much more interest in the tournament. We raised the player cap from 120 to 140 and to our surprise it capped out. We could not be more happier about this. 

Reykjavik Open 2024 estimated minimum pro purse $12000 (1,700,000 isk).

We can't wait and are really looking forward to meet everyone!
