SFL Masters Tour 2024 



Tourilla kilpaillaan toukokuusta syyskuuhun viidellä eri paikkakunnalla.
Neljä esimmäistä osakilpailua ovat kaksipäiväisiä PDGA B-tier -kilpailuja 12:lle eri pro-luokalle.

Kiertueen finaaliosakilpailu pelataan 20.-22.9.2024 Vihdin Rock Valleyssä ja Kaatiksella!
Finaali on kaikille avoin.
Pelataan yhdessä lohkossa ja maksimi määrä 72 pelaajaa.

Discooter yhteistyökumppaneidensa kanssa järjestää kolmen päivän B-tierin PDGA-kilpailun Rock Valleyssä ja Kaatiksella 20.-22.9.2024. Kilpailussa pelataan yhteensä 3 kierrosta yhteislähdöllä.

Alustavat lohkot, luokat ja aikataulu

  • Luokat: MP40, FP40, MP50, FP50, MP55, FP55, MP60, FP60, MP65, FP65, MP70 ja FP70.

Aikataulu

  • Ilmoittautuminen paikan päällä väh. 15 minuuttia ennen ensimmäisen kierroksen pelaajakokousta!
  • Kaikki pelaa yhdessä lohkossa (max 72 pelaajaa).
    • Perjantaina Rock Valleyssä ensimmäinen kierros klo 15.45 (pelaajakokous klo 15.00!)
    • Lauantaina Kaatis klo 13.00
    • Sunnuntaina Rock Valley klo 11.00
  • Järjestäjä pidättää oikeuden aikataulumuutoksiin
  • Muistopalkintojen jako (vain voittajalle) heti kolmannen kierroksen jälkeen luokan tulosten selvittyä
  • Tourin palkintojenjako myös heti tulosten selvittyä.

Säännöt

  • Kilpaillaan kolme kierrosta yhteislähdöin.
  • Noudatetaan PDGA sääntöjä ja kilpailuopasta sekä SFL:n kilpailuohjeita
  • Tasatilanteessa luokan voittaja selvitetään Sudden death -ratkaisupelillä. Pelattavat väylät ilmoitetaan myöhemmin.
  • Tupakkatuotteiden käyttö on kiellettyä pelaajakokousten aikana ja kierrosten aikana kahden minuutin ilmoituksesta tuloskorttien palauttamiseen. Kilpailutoimiston läheisyydessä tupakointi sallittua vain ilmoitetuilla tupakointipaikoilla.
  • Jos joku heittueen jäsenistä ei ole paikalla kierroksen alkaessa, muu heittue aloittaa kierroksensa normaalisti ilman puuttuvaa pelaajaa. Myöhässä tuleva pelaaja voi vielä osallistua kisaan, mutta jokaisestä väylästä jolle pelaaja ei ehdi, tuloskorttiin merkitään väylän par-tulos +4 PDGA:n ohjeiden mukaisesti.

Rekisteröityminen

  • Kilpailuun otetaan mukaan pelaajia seuraavasti: 72 hlö
  • Suomalaiset pelaajat: SFL:n kilpailulisenssi, joka tulee olla voimassa kilpailuun ilmoittauduttaessa ja kilpailun aikana. PDGA-sääntökoe (CO-testi) suoritettuna ja voimassa kilpailuhetkellä ja koko kilpailun ajan
  • Ulkomaalaiset pelaajat: PDGA:n jäsenyys, joka tulee olla voimassa kilpailuun ilmoittauduttaessa. PDGA-sääntökoe (CO-testi) suoritettuna ja voimassa kilpailuhetkellä ja koko kilpailun ajan

Rekisteröitymisen vaiheet​

  • Rekisteröityminen kilpailuun tapahtuu etukäteen Metrixin kautta
  • Rekisteröityminen avautuu 29.4.2024.
    Ei rating rajoituksia
  • Osallistumismaksut tarkastetaan ja maksamattomat poistetaan 10.9. Tämän jälkeen ilmoittautuneet maksaa samantien ja toimittaa kuitin TD:lle.

Tulosten kirjanpito

  • Kilpailussa käytetään moninkertaista tulosten kirjanpitoa. Jokaisen pelaajan tulee kirjata kaikkien samassa ryhmässä olevien pelaajien tulokset. Yksi pelaaja ryhmästä kirjaa Metrixin tuloskortin, muut kirjaavat PDGA live scorecardin. PDGA-live scorecardin access code annetaan viimeistään kilpailua edeltävänä päivänä.
    TD:lta saa tuloskortteja, jos esim. akku on lopussa. Oma kynä mukaan!
  • Kierroksen jälkeen tuloskortit on tarkistettava ja palautettava. 
    • Jokaisen pelaajan tulee allekirjoittaa Metrixin tuloskortti viimeistään 30 minuuttia kierroksensa päättymisen jälkeen. Allekirjoittamaton tuloskortti tulkitaan palauttamattomaksi tuloskortiksi, mistä pelaaja saa kahden (2) heiton rangaistuksen.
    • PDGA tuloskortti palautetaan kirjaajien toimesta, muistakaa myös allekirjoittaa Metrixin tuloskortti.
    • Kilpailija voi pyytää myös TD:tä kuittaamaan tuloksensa

Ryhmät

  • Lähtöaikasi ja ryhmäsi tuleen näkymään kierroksen tulossivun yläreunassa.

 

Maksut ja peruutukset

  • Osallistumismaksu 2.6 asti eli early bird hinta
    • Yhteensä 100€ (97€+3€)
    • Osallistumismaksu + SFL:n 2024 kaudelle tullut 3€ käsittelykulu
    • Ilmoittaudu ja maksa osallistuminen 2.6 menessä
  • Osallistumismaksu 2.6 jälkeen 110€ (107€+3€)
    • Korkeampi hinta (10€) jakautuu 3€ Tourin pottiin, 4€ finaaliin ja 3€ järjestäjälle (alv. yms.)
  • Maksun voi suorittaa joko Mobilepayhin tai tilille.
    Muista kirjoittaa maksun viestiin maksetun pelaajan ja kisan nimi esim. Rovaniemi.

Peruutukset ja osallistumismaksun palautus

  • Ilmoita peruutuksesta aina sähköpostilla tai lähettämällä viesti kilpailun ylläpitäjille Metrixin kautta
  • Älä poista itseäsi kilpailusta omatoimisesti
  • Osallistumismaksu palautetaan seuraavissa tapauksissa:
    A) Peruutus tehdään annettujen ohjeiden mukaan viimeistään 7 päivää ennen kilpailun alkua
    B) Peruutus tehdään annettujen ohjeiden mukaan 2-7 päivää ennen kilpailun alkua ja paikka saadaan täytettyä jonosta tai muulla tavalla
  • Palautuksesta vähennetään PDGA:n sääntöjen (kilpailuopas 1.03) mukaisesti 5 € käsittelykulu

Palkinnot

  • Kilpailun payout on vähintään 52 %
    • Rahapalkinnot voi vaihtaa lahjakorttiin
  • Jokaisen luokan top 25 % palkitaan
  • Jokaisen luokan voittaja palkitaan muistopalkinnolla
  • Kunkin pelaajan osallistumismaksu (97 €) jakautuu näin:
    • 50€ kisan palkintopottiin (~52%)
      + Tourin edellisistä kisoista tulleet extra rahat!
    • 10€ tourin loppupottiin (~10%)
    • 25€ maksullisten ratojen sulkeminen kilpailuun (~26%)
    • 12€ organisoijalle (~12%, sis mm. verot (alv.), PDGA maksut, Discooterin maksamat TD palkkiot yms.)
      • Huom, verot yksin on jo 8,8€ / kilpailija
  • SFL Masters Tour jakaa kunkin luokan yhteispisteissä kolmelle parhaalle muistopalkinnot ja parhaiten sijoittuneille rahabonuksia (top 10%).

Yleistä koskien palkintoja

  • Tietojen ilmoittaminen rahapalkintojen maksua varten tulee tehdä viipymättä lomakkeella (julkaistaan uutisiin palkintojen yhteydessä)
  • Rahapalkinnot maksetaan tilisiirtoina heti kilpailua seuraavan viikon aikana
  • Discooter Finland Osk ilmoittaa lainmukaisen velvollisuutensa myötä yksittäisen yli 100 euron arvoisen raha-, lahjakortti- tai tuotepalkinnon voittajan tiedot palkintoarvoineen tulorekisteriin (pl. arvontapalkinnot). 
    Ilmoitusta varten palkinnonsaajilta kerätään talteen palkinnon saajan nimi, henkilötunnus, sähköpostiosoite ja palkinnon arvo

Discooter and its partners are organising a three-day B-tier PDGA competition in Rock Valley and Kaatinen on 20.-22.9.2024. The competition will consist of 3 rounds.

On-site registration at least 15 minutes before first round players meeting
If there is any doubt, please ask the TD at the time of registration.

All in one pool

  • Pool A plays Fri at Rock Valley, Sat at Kaatis and Sun at Rock Valley.

The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the schedule.
Distribution of commemorative prizes (for the winner only) immediately after the third round after the results of the category are known
Tour prize-giving also immediately after the results are known.

Rules
Three rounds.
The PDGA Rules and Competition Guide and the SFL Competition Guidelines will be followed.
In the event of a tie, the winner of the class will be decided by a Sudden Death tie-breaker. The fairways to be played will be announced at a later date.
The use of tobacco products is prohibited during players' meetings and during rounds from two minutes after the announcement until the return of scorecards. Smoking in the vicinity of the competition office is permitted only in designated smoking areas.

If one member of the group is not present at the start of the round, the rest of the group will start their round as normal without the missing player. A player arriving late may still participate, but for each fairway for which the player is not available, the scorecard will be marked with a par score of +4 for that fairway, in accordance with PDGA guidelines.

Registration


The following players will be admitted to the competition: 72 persons
Finnish players: SFL competition licence, which must be valid at the time of registration and during the competition. PDGA rules test (CO test) taken and valid at the time of the competition and throughout the competition.
Foreign players: PDGA membership valid at the time of entry into the competition. PDGA rules test (CO test) taken and valid at the time of the competition and throughout the competition.

Registration steps

Registration for the competition is done in advance via Metrix
Registration opens on 29.4.2024.
No rating restrictions
Early bird price until the end of May.
Entry fees will be checked and unpaid ones will be removed on 10 September 2024. After that, registrants will pay immediately and submit a receipt to TD.


Score keeping


Multiple result accounting will be used for the competition. Each player must record the results of all players in the same group. One player per group will record the Metrix scorecard, the others will record the PDGA live scorecard. The PDGA live scorecard access code will be issued no later than the day before the competition.
TD provides scorecards if, for example, the battery runs out. Bring your own pen!
After the round, scorecards must be checked and returned. 
Each player must sign the Metrix scorecard no later than 30 minutes after the end of their round. An unsigned scorecard will be interpreted as an unreturned scorecard, for which the player will receive a two (2) throw penalty.
The PDGA scorecard will be returned by the scorekeepers, please also remember to sign the Metrix scorecard.
The competitor may also ask the TD to sign off on their score.

Your start time and group will be displayed at the top of the results page for your round.

Payments and cancellations


Participation fee until 31.5 (early bird price)

  • Total 100€ (97€+3€)
  • Entry fee + 3€ handling fee for the SFL 2024 season
  • Register during May and pay your participation by 31.5
  • Participation fee after May 110€ (107€+3€)
  • The higher fee (10€) will be split between 3€ for the Tour pot, 4€ for the final and 3€ for the organiser (VAT etc.)

Payment can be made either by Mobilepay or by bank transfer.
Remember to write in the payment message the name of the paid player and the name of the race e.g. Rovaniemi.

Participation fees will be checked and unpaid ones will be removed on 1.6.2024, 1.7.2024, 1.8.2024, 1.9.2024 and 10.9. After that, registrants will pay immediately and submit a receipt to TD. 


Cancellations and refunds


Please always inform the competition administrators by e-mail or by sending a message via Metrix.
Do not withdraw from the competition on your own initiative
The entry fee will be refunded in the following cases:
A) Cancellation is made according to the instructions given at least 7 days before the start of the competition
B) Cancellation is made in accordance with the instructions given 2-7 days before the start of the competition and a place is filled from the queue or by other means
A handling fee of €5 will be deducted from the refund in accordance with PDGA rules (Competition Guide 1.03).


Prizes

 

  • The minimum payout for the competition is 52 %.
  • Cash prizes can be exchanged for a gift card
  • The top 25% of each category will be rewarded
  • The winner of each category will be awarded a commemorative prize
  • The entry fee for each player (€97) is divided as follows:
  • 50€ for the race prize pool (~52%)
  • + extra money from previous Tour races!
  • 10€ to the final prize pool of the tour (~10%)
  • 25€ for the closure of the toll tracks for the race (~26%)
  • 12€ to the organizer (~12%, incl. taxes (VAT), PDGA fees, TD fees paid by Discooter, etc.)
  • Note, taxes alone are already 8,8€ / competitor
  • The SFL Masters Tour will award commemorative prizes to the top three in each category and cash bonuses (top 10%) to the top finishers.

General information about prizes

Information for the payment of cash prizes must be submitted without delay using the form (published in the news with the prizes)
Cash prizes will be paid by bank transfer immediately during the week following the competition
Discooter Finland Osk is legally obliged to report the details of the winner of any individual cash, gift voucher or product prize worth more than EUR 100, including the value of the prize, to the Income Register (excluding draw prizes). 
For the purpose of the declaration, the name, personal identification number, e-mail address and value of the prize are collected from the prize winners.
