European Amateur Open 2018 Weekend 1 Registration information

Entry fee
Entry fee is 75€ (inc. 24% VAT) in all divisions.
Entry fees must be paid to Innova Europe's online store by purchasing the appropriate entry fee product. Starting from May 31st players must pay the entry fee within 2 days of receiving a spot.
Do not pay the entry fee unless you have a spot in the event. Check your registration status once you have registered. You should not pay the etry fee if you're on the waiting list.
Each player will receive a player pack, which includes an Innova HeroPack and a tournament disc.
Divisions and spot allocations
The maximum field of the event is 192 players.

Pros playing Am applies. There are no maximum rating limitations for PDGA amateur status players in MA1 and FA1 divisions. Rating requirements for PDGA pro status players by division are:
- MA1, <970
- MA3, <900
- FA1, <875
- FA3, <775
Registration phases
Neither a current PDGA membership nor SFL membership is required at the time of registration. All players must have a current PDGA membership during the event and Finnish players must also be SFL members.
Weekend 1 registration phases
- Phase 1: Registration open for all players that meet the rating & division requirements in the division and spot allocation table above. All phase 1 registrants must pay the entry fee by the end of phase 1. All unpaid registrants of phase 1 are removed form the competition at the end of phase 1.
- Phase 2: Players who receive a cancellation spot in phase 1 or 2 must pay the entry fee by the end of phase 2. MA1 and FA1 minimum rating requirements removed. Division specific spot quotas removed. All unpaid phase 1 cancellation spot registrants and unpaid phase 2 registrants are removed form the competition at the end of phase 2.
- Phase 3: Cancellation spot receivers, new registrants, and wild card receivers must pay the entry fee within one week of registration. Starting from May 31st players must pay the entry fee within 2 days of receiving a spot.
Wild cards
Wild cards will be issued by the organizer. Wild card application instructions will be published at a later time. The wild cards can also be used to grant spots to waiting list players in registration order.

Withdrawals and refunds
We follow the withdrawals and refunds policy of the PDGA Competition Manual.
All withdrawals must be made directly to the TD or assistant TD by email, phone or in person. (Email is the recommended method before the event though.) Contact info available here.
