Information for invited players

This is an information package to all players invited for the EPT All-Stars event at Mijas in November.
In this post you will find some important information concerning the All-Stars event and the side events around it. Please read this email carefully and make the required actions.
(If you haven't got any information earlier, let me know and I will re-send the previous invitation email to you for detailed information)
EPT All-Stars page at Disc Golf Metrix
Event page at Disc Golf Metrix has been published and it can be found here: https://discgolfmetrix.
This page will be the official inforation channel for the event. All event related news, schedules and other information will be published there. All further emails will also be sent from Metrix.
If you don't have a Metrix account yet, I suggest to create one and inform me about your new account to get it attached with your spot.
Confirm your spot
All invited players have been added to the event in Metrix. At this point we would like to get all pending confirmations from players. You can easily check the status of your spot on the Metrix page (Registration tab).
If there is "Yes" in the Confirmed column, you have already confirmed your spot. No further actions are required if you are joining the event. If you need to withdraw from the event, please send an email to mike@nbdg.fi.
If the Confirmed column is empty on your row, your spot is not yet confirmed. I kindly ask you to confirm your spot at the latest on September 15th. If you are not yet sure if joining or not, please confirm your spot now and then make the withdrawal later if needed. If you already know you can't join the event, let me know.
Side events around All-Stars
As almost all the best players in Europe are joining the All-Stars event, we would like to take all advantages from this. We have planned to film several Skins matches during the event week and also making some promotional videos for EPT 2023 season. This might also be a very good chance for you - a bit more disc golf, more visibility in media channels and of course possibility to grab some extra income.
We are aware that each player has their own traveling schedules and holiday plans around the event. That's why we are asking about your plans now in advance.

Please give your answer as soon as possible. Please note this is not an invitation yet. We are sorting out possibilities and actual invitations will be sent to selected players later.
