Osallistumismaksut

Kisa meni odotetusti täyteen varsin pian. Jos sinulla on paikka kisassa, voit huoletta maksaa osallistumismaksun ja varmistaa paikkasi. Tämä tapahtuu ostamalla oikea tuote Innova Europen verkkokaupasta. Maksaessasi osallistumismaksun sinun tulee valita pelaajapakettiin kuuluvan Innova HeroPackin kuosi. Kutakin väriä on saatavilla vain tietty määrä.

Jonossa olevien pelaajien ei missään nimessä tule maksaa osallistumismaksua! Jonosta kisaan nostettaville pelaajille ilmoitetaan tästä erikseen ja heidät ohjeistetaan maksamaan kisamaksu tässä yhteydessä.

Majoitus

Teemme yhteistyötä Sokos Hotellien kanssa. Tapahtuman virallinen kisahotelli on Original Sokos Hotel Ilves, mikä sijaitsee Tampereen keskustassa, aivan Tammerkosken rannalla. Tapahtuman osallistujat voivat varata huoneita erikoishinnoin tapahtuman ajalle.

Villit kortit

Muutama villi kortti kysely on jo tullut. Tässä vaiheessa muistutamme, että Weekend 2-tapahtuman ilmoittautuminen alkaa kahden viikon päästä. Ensisijaisesti suosittelemme ilmoittautumaan tuohon kisaan, jos tuon kisan ajankohta on suinkaan sopiva sinulle. Weekend 1-tapahtumasta paikan saaneet eivät saa ilmoittautua Weekend 2-tapahtumaan vielä 1. vaiheessa, joten paikkoja pitäisi riittää aika mukavasti.

Ennen kuin meillä on selvillä ketkä pelaajat ovat tuossa kisassa, emme jaa villejä kortteja kumpaankaan kisaan.

Rating-muutokset ja niiden vaikutukset

Joidenkin osallistujien rating tulee varmasti muuttumaan vielä ennen kisaa. Mikäli osallistuja on MA3- tai FA3-luokassa ja hänen rating nousee luokan alarajan ylitse, siirtyy kyseinen kilpailija MA1- tai FA1-luokkaan. Pelaaja on itse velvollinen ilmoittamaan muuttuneesta ratingistä kilpailunjohtajalle.

Luokkien koot eivät ole kiveen hakattuja. Tarvittaessa muokkaamme kunkin luokan pelaajamäärä siten, että kilpailun osallistujamäärä pysyy alkuperäisessä 192 pelaajassa.

Lähtökohtaisesti emme siirrä pelaajia MA1- tai FA1-luokista MA3- tai FA3-luokkaan.

Entry fees

If you have a spot in the event you must still verify it by paying the entry fee, which is 75,00€. Pay the entry fee by purchasing the appropriate product from the Innova Europe online store. When you pay the entry fee you must choose the style of your player package HeroPack. There is a limited number of each style available.

Do not pay the entry fee if you're on the waiting list! Players on the waiting list will receive a separate email if/when they receive a spot in the event. They will also receive further instructions on paying the entry fee in the same email.

Accommodation

We have partnered with Sokos Hotels. The official tournament hotel is Original Sokos Hotel Ilves, located in the center of Tampere. European Amateur Open participants can book rooms at special rates. Check here for room rates, further information and booking instructions.

Wild cards

We have already received a few wild card requests. At this point we want to remind about the Weekend 2 event. REgistration for Weekend 2 starts in two weeks. We recommend you to register for Weekend 2 if the dates are suitable for you. After all, Weekend 1 players are not allowed to register for the Weekend 2 event in the 1st phase, so there should be plenty of spots.

We will not issue any wild cards before the Weekend 2 registration has begun.

Rating changes and divisions

The rating of some participants will most likely change before the event. If a player's rating rises above the MA3 or FA3 limit we can transfer him/her to MA1 or FA1 division. It is the player's responsibility to notify about the rating change to the events staff though.

Number of players in each division is not set in stone. We can change the division quotas if there's need for that.

Please note that we will not transfer players from MA1 or FA1 division to MA3 or FA3 division.
