Caddy-books, parking, dormitories and some great news

Chers joueuses, Chers joueurs,

Les Championnats suisses arrivent à grands pas et les points importants concernant l'organisation ont été réglés, ce qui nous permet de publier les Caddy-Book ce vendredi (en français et en anglais).

Notre site Internet n'est pas encore à jour, et les informations données doivent être corrigées.

Dortoirs

Le lien vers l'inscription pour le dortoir sera publié demain à 20h sur DG Metrix (onglet News). 18 places maximum par nuit, 20 CHF par nuit.

Parking

Pour la durée du tournoi (vendredi 9h-dimanche 19h), les joueurs pourront utiliser le parking P2 situé à l'angle du Chemin François-Chavaz en arrivant aux Evaux (un panneau d'indication sera en place).

Nous recommandons cependant aux joueurs de privilégier les transports publics, la mobilité douce ou le covoiturage pour se rendre aux Evaux.

Food

Après discussion, un buffet de salades sera disponible pour les joueurs le samedi et le dimanche à midi (10 CHF par repas).

Le petit-déjeuner du dimanche matin (Café, Thé, Croissants) sera disponible et offert pour les joueurs.

Plan de protection

Afin de pouvoir assurer le bon déroulement du tournoi, un plan de protection a été mis en place pour le tournoi. Celui-ci devra être suivi lors du tournoi et sera disponible sur notre site Internet d'ici à vendredi soir.

Die Schweizer Meisterschaften stehen vor der Tür und die wichtigen Punkte der Organisation sind geklärt, so dass wir diesen Freitag das Caddy-Book veröffentlichen können (in Französisch und Englisch).

Unsere Website ist noch nicht auf dem neuesten Stand, und die angegebenen Informationen müssen korrigiert werden.

Schlafsäle

Der Link zur Wohnheimanmeldung wird morgen um 20 Uhr auf DG Metrix (Reiter News) veröffentlicht. Maximal 18 Plätze pro Nacht, 20 CHF pro Nacht.

Parken

Für die Dauer des Turniers (Freitag 9 Uhr bis Sonntag 19 Uhr) können die Spieler bei der Ankunft in Les Evaux den Parkplatz P2 an der Ecke Chemin François-Chavaz benutzen (ein Schild wird aufgestellt).

Wir empfehlen jedoch, dass die Spieler öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, sanfte Mobilität oder Fahrgemeinschaften nutzen, um nach Les Evaux zu gelangen.

Lebensmittel

Nach Absprache steht den Spielern am Samstag und Sonntag Mittag ein Salatbuffet zur Verfügung (10 CHF pro Tag).

Das Frühstück am Sonntagmorgen (Kaffee, Tee, Croissant) wird kostenlos für die Spieler zur Verfügung stehen.

Schutzplan

Um den reibungslosen Ablauf des Turniers zu gewährleisten, wurde ein Schutzplan für das Turnier erstellt. Dieser Plan muss während des Turniers befolgt werden und wird bis Freitagabend auf unserer Website verfügbar sein.

Dear players,

The Swiss Championships are coming soon and the important points concerning the organisation have been settled, which allows us to publish the Caddy-Book this Friday (in French and English).

Our website is not yet up to date, and the information given needs to be corrected.

Dormitories

The link to the dormitory registration will be published tomorrow at 8pm on DG Metrix (News tab). Maximum 18 places per night, 20 CHF per night.

Parking

For the duration of the tournament (Friday 9am-Sunday 7pm), players will be able to use the P2 car park located at the corner of Chemin François-Chavaz when arriving at Les Evaux (a sign will be in place).

However, we recommend that players use public transport, soft mobility or carpooling to get to Les Evaux.

Food

A salad buffet will be available for the players on Saturday and Sunday for lunches (10 CHF per meal).

Breakfast on Sunday morning (Coffee, Tee, Croissant) will be available free of charge for the players.

Protection plan

In order to ensure the smooth running of the tournament, a protection plan has been set up for the tournament. This plan must be followed during the tournament and will be available on our website by Friday evening.

All other information will be available in the Caddy-Book and on the website by Friday evening.
