Le tournoi approche à grands pas et nous nous réjouissons de vous accueillir aux Evaux.

 

Voici les premières réponses aux questions posées sur le Caddy Book ainsi que quelques remarques et changements:

 

1. Double

 

La compétition de double se déroulera le vendredi après-midi. Le départ est fixé à 14h avec un format « shotgun start ».

Le parcours de 15 paniers sera joué dans son intégralité, mais il restera ouvert pour les joueurs souhaitant s’entraîner en vue du tournoi, à condition de maintenir des groupes de 4 joueurs au maximum et de ne pas retarder les groupes participant au double (en limitant le nombre de drives par exemple).

Le double devrait se terminer aux alentours de 16h30 et le parcours pourra être joué librement ensuite.

 

RAPPEL: Le double se joue avec le format « Modified Alternate ». Le joueur 1 drive sur les trous impairs (1,3,5,7,9,11,13,15), le joueur 2 sur les trous pairs (2,4,6,8,10,12,14). Les lancers suivants sont effectués en alternance.

 

2. Parcours

 

Le parcours global (27 paniers) indiqué dans le caddy book en anglais n’est pas le bon, désolé pour l’erreur. Le trou par trou est cependant correct. Voici quelques corrections et changements sur le parcours.

 

Trou n°2: La ligne OB sera déviée à proximité du tee (comme indiqué sur le tee-sign), le commentaire suivant n’est plus à prendre en compte: « Retee si le chemin n'est pas traversé »

 

Trou n°12: En raison de la présence de grands buissons de ronces sur la droite du fairway à proximité du OB, une zone de type « free relief » sera délimitée par des drapeaux jaunes et par la barrière. Si votre disque atterrit dans cette zone, vous aurez 2 options:

 

1. Jouer depuis la position du disque sans coup de pénalité
2. Jouer depuis le « Drop Spot » sans coup de pénalité

 

Trou n°14: Une zone OB n’est pas indiquée sur le tee-sign (en haut à droite). Celle-ci a été ajoutée au tee-sign. Cependant, il y a peu de chances qu’un disque n’y atterrisse.

 

Ces changements sont déjà indiqués sur les tee-signs et seront ajoutés à la version corrigée du Caddy-Book.

Le parcours sera en place (avec les OB) dès jeudi matin.

 

3. Tee times

 

Les tee times provisoires pour les tours 1 et 2 seront disponibles dès ce soir sur DG Metrix. Certains tee times ont été ajustés manuellement pour permettre aux familles de rendre à la même heure sur le parcours.

Ces tee times peuvent être adaptés sur demande, si la raison est justifiée (famille, covoiturage, arrivée le samedi matin). Toute demande de modification doit être adressée sur DG Metrix jusqu’à mercredi 20h. Les tee times définitifs seront publiés jeudi soir.

 

CHANGEMENT: Le premier groupe partira à 8h le samedi et le dimanche matin, et non pas à 7h30 (dernier groupe à 12h). Les horaires pour le samedi après-midi restent inchangés.

 

4. Site Internet du tournoi

5. Dortoirs

 

Pour le moment, 6 personnes se sont inscrites pour les dortoirs samedi et dimanche. Leur place est donc confirmée, un e-mail sera envoyé. Il reste 12 places pour les personnes souhaitant profiter du dortoir

 

6. Parking

7. Lunches

 

Comme annoncé lors des précédentes informations, un buffet de salade à volonté sera disponible pour les joueurs au prix de 10 CHF.

La plupart des options (env. 80%) seront végétariennes. De la charcuterie, du fromage et du pain seront également servis en complément.

Une buvette sera également (soft drink, bières) en place au centre administratif. 

 

Nous invitons tous les joueurs à lire attentivement le caddy-book et le site internet pour obtenir toutes les informations nécessaires. Il reste possible de poser des questions pour le tournoi sur DG Metrix.

Das Turnier rückt näher und wir freuen uns darauf, Sie in Les Evaux begrüßen zu dürfen.

Hier finden Sie die ersten Antworten auf die gestellten Fragen zum Caddy Book und einige Anmerkungen und Änderungen:

1. Double

Der Doublebewerb wird am Freitagnachmittag ausgetragen. Die Startzeit ist 14:00 Uhr mit einem Shotgun-Startformat.
Der 15er-Kurs wird in seiner Gesamtheit gespielt, bleibt aber für Spieler, die für das Turnier üben möchten, offen, vorausgesetzt, dass Gruppen von nicht mehr als 4 Spielern zusammen gehalten werden und dass die Gruppen, die an den Double teilnehmen, nicht verzögert werden (z. 2. Kurs

Die im Caddybook angegebene Gesamtstrecke (27 Körbe) ist nicht korrekt, wir bitten um Entschuldigung für den Fehler. Die lochweise Darstellung ist jedoch korrekt. Hier finden Sie einige Korrekturen und Änderungen am Kurs.

Loch Nr. 2: Die OB-Linie wird in der Nähe des Abschlags umgelenkt (wie auf dem Abschlag-Schild angegeben), der folgende Kommentar ist nicht mehr zu beachten: "Retee, wenn der Weg nicht gekreuzt wird".

Loch 12: Aufgrund des Vorhandenseins von großen Brombeersträuchern auf der rechten Seite des Fairways in der Nähe des OB wird ein Bereich mit einer Art "free Relief" durch gelbe Fahnen und den Zaun abgegrenzt. Wenn Ihr Antrieb in diesem Bereich landet, haben Sie 2 Möglichkeiten:

1. Spiel aus der Scheibenposition ohne Strafwurf
2. Spiel vom Drop Spot ohne Strafwurf

3. Abschlagzeiten

Die vorläufigen Abschlagszeiten für Runde 1 und 2 werden heute Abend auf DG Metrix verfügbar sein. Einige Abschlagzeiten wurden manuell angepasst, damit Familien zur gleichen Zeit auf dem Platz sein können.
Diese Abschlagzeiten können auf Anfrage angepasst werden, wenn der Grund gerechtfertigt ist (Familie, Fahrgemeinschaften, Anreise am Samstagmorgen). Alle Änderungswünsche müssen bis Mittwoch 20 Uhr an DG Metrix gesendet werden. Die endgültigen Abschlagszeiten werden am Donnerstagabend veröffentlicht.

ÄNDERUNG: Die erste Gruppe wird am Samstag- und Sonntagmorgen um 8 Uhr abfahren, nicht um 7.30 Uhr (letzte Gruppe um 12 Uhr). Die Zeiten für Samstagnachmittag bleiben unverändert.

Hole 12: Due to the presence of large bramble bushes on the right side of the fairway near OB, a "free relief" type area will be marked off by yellow flags and the fence. If your drive lands in this area, you will have 2 options:

1. Play from the disc position without a penalty stroke
2. Play from the Drop Spot without a penalty stroke

Hole 14: An OB area is not shown on the tee-sign (top right). This has been added to the tee-sign. However, there is little chance of a disc landing there.

3. Tee times
